My friends and I all went and got acrylic nails as walk ins. The staff squeezed us in asap with only having to wait a short time. We were all very happy with them and they were just what we asked for. I would recommend for sure.
I was told my appointment was 3pm on Sunday and I get here for that appointment and they’re closed and not answering the phone!! It took 5 days of calling to even get someone to answer the phone and schedule this and now they’re closed and no one is here?!? Clearly terrible business owners and I’m done!! I was loyal to Lee nails for 18 years, and this straw broke the camels back! I’m finding a new nail salon! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, ever!!!!

The people are so rude here!! I bought $200 of gift cards at Christmas time and asked Specifically if there was an expiration date on the cards. I was told no there wasn't any expiration date So therefore I purchased $200 in gift cards.. Today June 27th my mother went in to use the gift cards and they told her they were no longer good they only had a 6 month expiration on them. There was a $150 left of gift cards that they would not honor and not do anything about.. I called up and talked to the supposed owner and she said that it was her business and she could do as she pleased she was told that there was only 6 months that they were good for when they were bought . I said I'm the one that bought the gift cards and it was a man And he said there was no expiration date she told me I was a liar and that it was her business she could do as she pleased.. My mother's been going there for years to get her nails done and I think this is terrible customer service. My mother or I will never be back!!!! Last free $150 from me!!!! I think there are enough bad reviews on this site people can make up their own mind.... terrible customer service proven!!!! Plus I know it's against the law in the state of PA to do this.
they overcharge and act rude towards certain people, especially if you ask them to fix something they messed up on. I was charged 55 for short nails with nothing extra which should only be 35, the last before me got long nails, plus designs and extra colors and was charged 35. Just because some people speak up doesn’t mean they need to get treated like garbage and over charged, 10/10 do not recommend.
The definition of deluxe pedicure was used a bit loosely today. My husband and I went in for a mani pedi. My husbands tech did great. Mine however was too worried about watching his phone in the drawer to give me a decent pedicure. There was absolutely no massage, just applied lotion to my legs and feet. And no callus removal, which is what you pay extra for in the deluxe. I didn’t even waste time getting polish applied and skipped my manicure all together. The callus removal and foot massage is the reason why I pay for pedicures, everything else I can do at home myself. I don’t know his name because he literally never spoke a word to me, just tapped my feet for me to move them.
New “owners”..???..Very rude..!!!..While I was trying to sign my name for what I wanted, the lady was saying over and over “can I help you”, I asked her to wait a second…sooooo after I got a pedicure I went to get my acrylic nails and the lady said I didn’t say that..as I was leaving my polish got smudged because they didn’t make sure they were dry..!!!..Big difference from the previous owners and big disappointment ..!!
Went there today for a walk-in acrylic set, the lady did AMAZING! She gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone there is very friendly and the prices are great! If you’re looking for somewhere good around Franklin/ Oil city, this is a great place to go. I will definitely be going again.
