I’ve been here 4x now and was so disappointed in my service yesterday. I’ve seen Kelly 3x and she was great. Kind, attentive, and did a great job. I went yesterday and she wasn’t available so I tried a new technician. She was on and off her phone texting while doing my massage, she was also answering the phones and making appointments. I almost never have time to get pampered having two little kids and I was so bummed out that this was my experience. I would rather have not been given an appointment if they were too busy to take me rather than have phone appointments interrupting my entire pedicure on top of texting.
I like this place specially when Rose the other lady does my nails. But now I am disappointed the old lady she messed up the polish on my nails both hands. I paid so much only for it to look like this. It looks like a child painted my nails. Now I have to go home and fix this.
The customer service is great!! Rose is who I go to!! She listened to me as the customer, and truly outdid herself!! I picked a color and she created something unique, which is exactly how I love my nails ❤????
I love my girl Rose. She is an artist. She is very talented and great with nail art. Highly recommend this establishment. Heather runs a great shop.
Well the ladies are all nice. Sadly the person who worked on me had to keep stopping to answer the phone and set appointments which made my appointment way long. I will go back again to see how it goes. Bottom line I don't want the person who answers the phones and does appointments. She did a great job on my eyebrow wax. She started my feet but had to turn me over to someone else to finish.
I used to go to this place when I first moved to Oakley . At first I enjoyed their services and I thought I have found my spot since Iam a loyal customer and like to always get my services done at the same place . How ever the last couple of times I have been there they seem in a rush and dont take the time like they used to . I called and asking for specific people Heather have booked over the phone and when I get there ofcourse I have to wait a while even tho I made an appointment (more than 30 minutes ) and I dont get the person I originally asked for either . Last time I dindt even get a massage they were in such rush I felt they were trying to kick me off the door already . Very disappointing since I have even recommended some of my neighbors, friends and my family but no more . Hopefully you guys will improve your customer service . Nobody wants to pay near 100 dollars to get rushed out off the door .
Everyone is very friendly and gentle with my elderly mom when we go for pedicures. They also massage our legs for longer than other spas do. Feet are always soft and smooth when they're done.
Loveeee Sina nails! Will not go anywhere else. Rose and Heather provide exemplary customer service and are perfectionist.
