No communication at all , receptionist told me they do immigration x-ray but they don't even have radiology,so please don't waste your 3 4 hours and they will refer you to their relative papakura for x-ray. Straight go to radiology and save time easy. Even doctor inside she didn't even explain what to do .
So much attitude.
I think it's time to change my GP cause receptionist is so rude to talk with patients all the time.today i turned up the clinic at 4 pm and closing time was 5.30 pm further, I have been told by receptionist, they are overbooked today and doctor can't see me.i was wondering with this sort of respond.i requested her couple of times but all in vain.
No doubt GP is so nice person but he hired the worst people to deal with patients.
I am coming to Mps surgery from last 6-7 years with my family. Staff is really good, very good service. Doctor Mohinderpal is very good at his service towards community. We have to wait there but we are happy to wait because doctor looks after us patiently that takes time to see every patient. some people gets rude with the staff on waiting time but every time we go there they clearly let us know the waiting time. The girls are doing great job.
This is incredible clinic i am punjabi and we are happy to go and see Punjabi doctor for easy communicate and explain everything to the doctor what is our actually problems. Doctor Mahinderpal Behavior is good but, those receptionists behaviors very rude and they showing to much attitude her name is hardeep kaur she the mps clinic she has responsibilities to see those patients who they are waiting in waiting are but, she argument with me and when i ask her could u mention your name and she smilling like she heard joke and she said u can review online that means she dosent care about anything specially about patients and services and makesure she knows we can do anything after sitting on this chair doctor will never say anything to us. Even she asking me are you registered any other doctor and she knows i am only registered here that means she asking me indirectly go to other doctor this is second time she behaved very rude i been here before that time her behavior its tottaly same.This is the services from mps Surgery. Very unprofessional.I feel so regret why i transfer my medical registration from last doctor to mps Surgery otahuhu. I will complain to ministry of health regarding this clinic services. How they behave with patients. I seen many reviews online regarding Services and Receptionists behaviors.
Dr. Singh is truly incredible. I admire his commitment towards his patients. The MPS clinic has been serving the community with a great level of enthusiasm. I registered myself with MPS in 2014/15. I and my family were disappointed in the recent decision to opt out of their services.
The absence of an appointment system was the biggest factor that led us to opt-out. Currently, they follow the walk-in process to attend patients which can make the patients to wait for 2-3 hrs. I'm pretty sure that most of his patients find it to be an inconvenience. But no one really provides feedback.
I truly believe that the clinic is capable of providing an appointment based system. They can set up a website and people can book their appointments online, in advance. 10 minute window per patient. Doctor can attend 5 appointments which are 50 minutes and he can assign 10 minutes per hour for a walk in patient. Also, they can encourage the walk in patients to book appointment moving forward. Believe me this is going to add a huge value and save a lot of time for patients. We are in modern era where technology has changed people's lives. And honestly these days even a barber offers an appointment system for the customers.
Perhaps Dr. Singh could reflect on my comments. I would love to come back to MPS as I believe Dr. Singh is one of the best doctors in Auckland. However, I am requesting an appointment system for the convenience of people.
Doctor is good but receptionist Neerja Gupta and Aman are very rude and have no customer service at all. They are highly unprofessional and don't have any experience how to do their job properly.
Their waiting time is never matching with what they say.
Instead of apologizing, they argue with patients and I have very bitter experience not even once but all the time.
I would highly recommend every old patient to talk to doctor while visiting and address these on going issues on regular basis.
If need be I will now raise this issue with Ministry Of health and hopefully they can do something about it.
We miss you Meenu ji old receptionists.

We had conversation with this lady Amandeep many times in regards to see the Dr but she so rude she does not have manners to talk. I have changed my GP because of her . I am rating Dr 5 star because he is incredible but he needs to change the front staff.
She spoke to me today over the call and she was so rude.
If I could, I would give negative stars for their reception staff. Been a patient with the doctor for more than 11 years. Their receptionists had been nice and friendly but the new staff is absolutely horrific. Hate interacting with the new staff who know nothing about customer service. They treat you like they own you and make you feel like they are doing a favor by doing their job. Gave the doctor this feedback, who completely disregarded the feedback. If they keep treating the patients the way they do, no one would want to be visit or interact with the team. I'm considering moving on from this practice because it is so difficult and stressful to deal with inconsiderate people.
