Had my eyebrows done today. Remi was so perfectionist and the result was perfect. Normally the eyebrows won't look the same but she managed to have them pretty much the same.
Friendly staff and reasonable prices generally in the Salon. However on my last visit(April 2019) my under eyebrow area carry burn marks from waxing treatment and I have been consistently charged more by the staff member who carried out the work(Indian lady with green eyes), compared to the other staff there. Try to avoid her if you can.
Travel all the way from London to Hounslow just to get my hair relaxed by Lisa (who's super amazing). My hair comes out soft and light, and I don't feel any pain or burn at all - which is the perfect experience. Greatly recommend ????????????????
This owner should be taken down from the Treaty centre for mia behaviour and shouting on a customer to leave and bullying for opening a cap of a product which i intend to buy.
The owner is in decent and horrific to a lady who is with a small child.he has no decency to speak politely.
This person is been reported to treaty centre management and also to police for verbal abuse.
This owner should be made accountable and no woman customers should feel threatened by such shop owners.the screenshot of complaint is attached below.we will report and punish these kind of dangerous persons within the treaty centre for safety of women.

Did crotchet hair extensions in the little salon within the store. Friend and quick service. I regularly buy my hair products here. Reasonable pricing
My daughter went into the shop to buy some hair and get it don’t the worker sold her the wrong color and she asked for a refund the guy in the shop proceeded to shout and scream and her telling her to get out the shop! Disgusting shop ! Workers were nice though.
Bought hair Extentions from this place - and was told I was able to curl them however on my wedding day they did not curl! When I went back the members of staff were very rude and claimed it wasn’t their fault and it was the fault of the manufacturer. My friend also asked to get Extentions weaved in, the black lady is very poor at her job and immensely rude. She left the hair looking so awful with Distinct lines where the real hair was and told my friend to come back the next day to get it removed as she had somewhere to be! So unprofessional!!!!! The next day both manager and black lady refused to give a refund. Pathetic!!!! We both will lot be returning.
