We went to the restaurant for my birthday . Excellent food , very good service and decent prices. Good choice on the menu. Lovely outdoor space to eat .
Starting with the positive side, the service was good. Young and friendly staff do try to assist you as well as they can. The food though, at least what I and my pregnant partner had, was not worth the money. I could tell my dish (pork with mushrooms and cream) was not freshly made, probably made a day or two before and stored in the fridge/freezer. My partner based on their advice, had one of the beef dishes and pregnant as she is, she ordered it well done... it came looking and feeling like toast.
Don't think I would go back.
We arrived at 11h40 and received menus, but when we tried to order 5 minutes later, we weren't allowed to order (not before 12). There was not much choice on the menu so we decided to get croque monsieur, but it turned out they didn't have this. The other items seemed rather expensive, so we went elsewhere. We found some place cheaper, nicer and with more choice down the street.
Nice restaurant with kitchen open during early afternoon hours that other restaurants in the area are closed or the kitchen is closed. We had a very fast service but it was on a not very busy time of the day. Children portions are very small for most children above 4 years or so. Kids were left a bit hungry. We had a very milky pink and sweet strawberry icecream.
Nice place to end the weekend. Food is good, service is friendly. Unfortunately kitchen opens at 18h on Sunday. But it is worth the wait!
Fantastic service and food. Portion size are large but worth every penny
They served quite a large amount of food. I took a "vol au vent" and my fiancé "salade au chevre chaud" - we ate well, but I found that the staff, as much as the menu were too absent.
It was a pleasant surprise. Good food, big portions excellent presentation.
