Best WLM Reviews

Called now 'La ferme du Soyeuru' since managed by new people, Very nice couple working there, amazing breakfast, very clean, the decoration has changed completely (better to check on booking for updated pictures after renovation), perfect location at 10min from the spa thermal wellness center and at 25min from the beautiful region of les hautes fagnes. We will definitely come back next time we come to this region!
Stayed here with a group of 4 friends in July 2015 and was extremely happy with the room, the service and location. Simply a gorgeous little B&B! ||||It is Close enough to Spa Francorchamps circuit (<10 kms) and VERY comfortable. The view from the upstairs double room was just gorgeous.||||The gentleman running the Hotel (sorry, I forget his name) could not have been more accomodating. Loved the lazy continental breakfasts in the mornings, looking out over the pretty countryside.||||Thankyou for a very pleasant and memorable stay in Spa.
A lovely location for this small and modern hotel. Wide-ranging views from the rooms and gardens, looking down over the town of Spa and beyond. It is a little isolated, but only 5km from Spa in one direction and a similar distance to Francochamps (and the race circuit) in the other direction. ||||The restaurant is only open at weekends (from what I read) but the breakfast was good. ||||The rooms and beds are really comfortable, with satellite TV in the room.
During a short road trip with our teenaged kids we stayed in this hotel/B&B for only one night. Before booking I checked the reviews on Tripadvisor. Two of these reviews are quite negative. the first thing I would like to point out is that these two reviews must have been made by people who thought they had some sort of score to settle, because after staying here one night it was quite obvious that these two reviews are complete and utter nonsense. I hate it when people use this medium to satisfy their need to be agressive.||||The hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet environment. our day of arrival was the first day that it had snowed and everything looked quite beautiful and peaceful. We couldn't find it at first, but a short phonecall with the owner solved things quickly (GPS doesn't always know "Route de Malchamps", try "Malchamps" instead).||||There are 6 rooms, we stayed in room 6 at the top of the house and our three teenagers stayed in room 2 (room for 4, 2 single beds and a double bed on the mezzanine). Lovely rooms, very, very spacious, beautiful views and very clean rooms and well-fitted bathrooms. Since breakfast was included the price of 100 and 160 euro's was more than reasonable. I have stayed in hotels with smaller and uglier rooms and payed way more.||||The owner was available for questions and was nothing else than helpful. In the neighborhood there are plenty possibilities for sightseeing, good restaurants, walks, hiking, etc.||||The only suggestion I would have for improvement is the choice of breakfast. Though quite an OK continental breakfast; a few more choices would have made it "excellent/perfect" instead of "very good". For instance a Nespresso-machine with Latte/ Cappuccino possibilities would be an easy way to improve breakfast without imposing to much on the owners. A few more choices of cold cuts, fruit, eggs, etc. Just a little more choice creates a much bigger feeling of satisfaction, I expect.||||Again; this is only a well meant suggestion. I would certainly stay here again as it is; that's for sure.
This place is one of the best 3 stars hotels, were I ever was. You come trough pine tree alley to nice yard. The hotel awaits you, theres nice owner and the rooms are clean in German standard.. It's a romantic get away in on of the highest peaks in spa everything is near and in garden you can enjoy your peace and silence. You can just enjoy your stay and leave your sorrows behind. Minus is only the cars driving on the street if you have your windows open at night. Just a peaceful place.. 5 stars from me..
The roadside sign for this hotel is not very obvious when you are driving along and the narrow lane which is used to access it did have has wondering whether we would actually find a hotel at the end of it. We arrived at around 3.30 on a Saturday afternoon and had some difficulty in attracting anyone's attention but eventually the owner, who had been cutting the grass on the far side of the building, put in an appearance and showed us to our room right at the top of the building. He helped to carry some of our belongings upstairs and also kindly allowed us to store several cases of wine in his storeroom by the car parking area. We were disappointed to learn that, although a restaurant on site was indicated, it was only open for breakfast so we had to drive into the town of Spa itself to get dinner that evening and when we returned the place was spookily deserted. The bed was extremely comfortable but the shower arrangement in the otherwise very well appointed bathroom was not of the best, requiring one to either sit or kneel in the bath to use the hand-held spray. Also the towels were not terribly generous which was also a pity. We had intended to spend two nights there but had to cut short our visit because of a personal incident back at home and we would like to return at some point to see more of this very attractive area, so we would probably give it another go but maybe ask for a room with a proper shower stall.
A very pleasant little hotel/B&B just 10 min. drive from Spa and the F1 circuit. No over-the-top luxury, just a nice, calm place to stay for a few days.
Great Bed and breakfast accommodation just outside Spa. Set back from road with Wonderful views and good value for money. If you are interested in motor racing it is close to Spa Francorchamps circuit too. You will need a car to get to this place.
