I was charged €55,- for a botox hair treatment. It sounded like a good deal so I went for it, all the way from the Netherlands, Rotterdam. Arrived at the salon and they informed us that I could better use 2 packages for my hair, which would end up €85,-. Thank god I didn’t do it... Alright, so they started washing our hair and it hurt a lot. My hair was detangled by the way. My friend said they hurt her too. They were a little mad and glared at us from the start because we weren’t that good in french and we didn’t want to pay extra. Rude staff is already worth one star less, then the treatment... it changed nothing, actually it made our hair worse and we both wash it not that regularly and we use sulfate free and bad chemicals free shampoo. Our hair is dry, not soft at all and doesn’t feel healthier. I would really not recommend them. It was as if I only came for styling and a painful head massage.
Worst service! I called before going to ask about the prices, they said no prices and no appointments to be taken, why the phone number tho?
I went and I had to wait for 30 min for a 1 min consultation because I wanted to know about the prices for coloring my hair!
Total waste of people’s time.
Right in the centre of town. Will definitely be coming back.

PIRE SALON DE COIFFURE DE MA VIE JE SUIS CHOQUÉE JAI PAYEZ 80€ je suis venu pour une coupe juste couper mes cheveux une coupe simple je n’ai ni demandée de soin ni de brushing et à la fin on m’annonce un montant de 80€ car soit disant il y’a eu un soin et un brushing qui a été fais sans mon consentement et j’ai bien préciser que je voulais pas de brushing !!!! HONTEUX DES VOLEURS !!!!! SERVICE PITOYABLE VOLEUR !!!
