Brought in my freightliner for valve adjustment. They had it done the next day and beat other quotes. Its refreshing to walk into a shop and have a great experience compared to what I’m used to dealing with at other places. These guys are awesome and have always taken care of my vehicles. I've taken multiple vehicles here. From tires, diagnostics, alignments, and tune-ups...I've never been disappointed and pricing has always been extremely fair and straight up with no surprises.

I recommend them to everyone I know, especially if you drive a truck.

Top notch service, great prices, and good honest work!

Had an engine install . Disappointed ask to have seals done at same time talked to owner girl in office and mechanic doing job . Nothing done , got truck back bolt missing on bottom of starter . When I asked everyone acted as if they had amnesia . Do not have any work done here with out a itemized receipt to keep them on their job . I liked the owner he seemed like an honest guy . But he needs better help . Or a better system to remember to do everything asked for . Had to come back and lower review after taking truck to a real professional to have transmission looked at . First thing was told unsafe to only have one bolt in starter . Vacumn lines left unconnected . Plug removed from block not reconnected . Nut missing top of motor for vac line . Was recommended by langston's , I let him know about the quality of his recommend mechanic he apologized

I gave them an approval on replacing an injection pump on my RV over a month ago. Now I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back or let me know if the work is done.

Very frustrating not to get a call back nor get someone on the phone.

I can’t see how they stay in business without communicating with their customers.

Here’s an update to my previous review.

11/29/2020

After my original review I received a call from Jim’s Auto Service Manager. We had a conversation about my concerns, and I was pleased and convinced that my RV will be repaired soon.

10 days later as I was promised, I received a call from the office that my RV was ready.

I requested them to make sure it was safe to be driven on the Hwy since it was sitting for a while.

They rechecked it and gave me the green light.

I picked up the RV Saturday morning. It started and sounded like new again. I drove it for an hour plus and it ran great.

Life is full of experiences and lessons. The more we learn from it the better people we become.

I am 100% pleased with the outcome of my experience with Jim’s Auto and staff. I will continue servicing my RV/vehicle @ Jim’s Auto& Truck.

Replaced oil and value cover gaskets oil cooler front and rear seal expert kind folks. Would recommend them highly

I've been bringing my cars to this location for 10 years. they are super fast and have great prices. most friendly office staff. They are easily accessible from the interstate they've been doing this for a long time Jim and his crew are no joke they are very hard working and are very dedicated at what they do they will do whatever it takes to get you out as soon as possible I would highly recommend the shop they have never done me wrong so much so we have a fleet of 50 vehicles and they're all serviced at this location.

This is an updated review, was here a year ago and they did a great job and got five stars. This time however was much different. A long story short it was in the shop for three whole business days before it was touched the following week. I inspected it today when I finally got it back and found the anti-lock brake cable was left unplugged. Then I found some dirty drawing on the dust of the passenger door that was no doubt drawn by the sloppy mechanic I saw there. I'm a little disappointed but still giving them two stars though because at least the office workers are polite and professional.
