Great place!! Employees were friendly n helpful. Esp since because we were from out of town it was a great experience. If u come to Florence, S.C. n need hair, xtensions, weaves, wigs or other products come here n they will hook u up!! Black/White/Purple, doesn't matter. The workers are kind n helpful. Go here! Customer service is the worst. All the workers stand behind the counter, instead of coming to help the customer. Then when you ask for help the get attitudes. Really people this is your job, I would rather take my money to a business that appreciate their customers.

Fire everyone except one girl, which I don't know her name. All these girls do is sit on their phones and you better not ask for help because Lord they looking at you like you crazy. Baby they need Chik fil A training, and thats on Mary had a little lamb because any customer service should be #1, this store customer service is horrible!!!

First time visiting, but definitely won't be my last. Large store with huge variety. Next time I plan on spending more time!

I use to think this place was great, until I pulled up at 7:55pm and they had the doors locked. The store close at 8pm and I needed one Item. If your store closes at 755 that what u should have on the door.. I’ll take my beauty supply purchases cross town from now on :(

Milton does my hair! My hair is very fine & hard to manage. Milton does a bang up job cutting my hair. I can always make my hair look good when Milton cuts my hair!! Can't you tell I like Milton much!! Thanks for making my hair look wonderful!!
