Greeted and helped us right away. Gave me a fresh haircut. ????????????
Do you really think this is a hair cut? A lady with short blond hair did it to my husband. I don't know her name. She was done with the hair cut and I was like: Really? I can do this better than her. We moved to another chair with a nice guy who fixed what she did. Another thing was that she was smelling like weed and not all people like this, I don't! This was our first time here and we are very disapointed.
By the way, thanks to the guy who fixed the mess! His name is Miguel and he did a great job.
I love the job OC does but have others cut my hair
I have been going to Thee Elite for my last three haircuts. I have had a terrific time and excellent cut at every visit. OC, Jack and a younger man with long red blonde hair (sorry can't remember the name) have all done a great job! I love the straight razor work that defines my facial hair, eye brows, and hairline. I leave there looking great, smelling great, and feeling great and you won't get this cut anywhere else and this cut is worth the price everytime!
Normally when I go in there I get lined up in my eyebrows. Charge me 5$ I went in there asking to line them up there’s still a lot of hair in between the lines and there was already lines in there all they had to do was go over the lines already there and they shortened them bad an was charged 10$
The guy did an amazing job. Was my first time in the shop and I now have a new place to go. I can't remember the barbers name but he was the older guy with a gray ball cap. Amazing job guys. Thank you for taking your time and doing a great job. I'll be seeing you guys again soon. Thanks!
Not sure if an hour wait is worth the cut. Not sure if the non existant customer service is worth it either.
The poorest experience I've had with a barber shop. Might as well tell your customers to leave and give them a recommendation for a better shop.
I would recommend scheduling an appointment however they won't answer their phone.
If you have a few hours to kill sitting in a chair, this is the place to go.
The frustrating part is this place used to be great. Not sure what happened with it recently.
Service was slow had a appointment and didn't get seen for 15 minutes. Got skipped by a barber for someone who walked in. Haircut turned out well. Took longer than expected. Maybe better next time.
