A Disappointing Experience
I recently had an appointment with this hairdresser on Saturday, December 2nd, at 11 am, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I was hoping for. To my surprise, the hairdresser was absent at the scheduled time, and I later found out it was due to a hangover.
The lack of professionalism displayed was disheartening, especially considering the commitment (3 hours on a Saturday) made for the appointment. I understand that everyone has off days, but it's essential for professionals to uphold their responsibilities. What disappointed me even more was the absence of any communication or apology from the hairdresser afterward.
Not receiving any contact to apologize or reschedule left me feeling neglected as a client. In the service industry, clear communication is crucial, and the lack of it in this situation was a letdown. It's essential for businesses to prioritize their clients' time and provide the courtesy of an apology when unforeseen circumstances arise.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hairdresser to others. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for improvement in both punctuality and communication for the benefit of future clients.

Schandalig hoe deze kapper te werk gaat. Een voorschot van € 170 verplichten ( enkel contour gekleurd ) om mij dan met dit resultaat de de deur te wijzen en te zeggen dat hun werk prima is uitgevoerd. Mevrouw was zelfs zo onbeleefd dat ze haar werk niet wou afmaken. Ik ben nog nooit op zo een manier behandeld geweest, alles behalve professioneel. Ze hebben mij geen retouche of een geld teruggave aangeboden, ze hebben de €170 effectief gehouden voor alleen het materiaal, nog nooit heb ik voor een contour kleuring zoveel geld betaald, en zeker niet met dit als resultaat.
Heerlijk, een kapper die echt naar je luistert en je het kapsel dat je geverfd hebt. Je gaat als je wil met een glamorous kapsel, én gevoel naar huis. ????
