Da die Drogeneinrichtung gegenüber ist und auch direkt am U/S Bahn Eingang immer mit harten Drogen gehandelt wird, ist der ZOB dementsprechend sauber und freundlich!

Klasse Bahnhof und auch eine schöne Wartehalle… jedoch wird diese um 23:00 Uhr geschlossen. Und dann wartet man draußen bei Wind und Wetter… mit so manchen merkwürdigen Gestalten… Sicherheit und wohlempfinden sieht anders aus.

Πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία, επικίνδυνο μέρος, μεθυσμένοι, ναρκομανείς. Δεν υπάρχει αστυνομία. Αν πρέπει να ταξιδεύετε καλύτερα μην πάτε εκεί βράδυ.

You really don't want to stay here in late hours. In some moments we felt like in zombie ( yes, so much drug addicts) apocalypse. I can't imagine being women and stay here alone. Definitely Hamburg have huge problem with homeless/drug addicts ????

Way too many homeless and drug addict people. Better arrive right before your bus and not in the evening/night

Absolutely horrible. Even in broad daylight there's no stopping the homeless/drug addicts, and it reeks of urine at some places. It's usually the same characters and it feels like you entered an episode of the Walking Dead.

There's no security, and one time police stopped by and they did nothing. It's beyond unbelievable to me that nobody is doing anything about this. The addicts will, of course, not leave you alone because 5 minutes after the first interaction they already forgot about you.

I've never been this scared to be anywhere in my entire life. If your trip advisor is making your trip go through this place, either find somewhere else to spend your time, or avoid this place altogether.

It's post-apocalyptical levels of downright awful. Do not go here, unless you have -literally- no other options.
