My 84 year old mom and I made way to Cozy nails, based on a referral from a friend.
We were definitely impressed. The environment is very clean, and the overall vibe is super calming. We’ll definitely be back. Our pedicures turned out wonderful.

I went here a few weeks ago, in a rush. They were busy but got my nails done by the time frame I requested. They turned out beautiful! Very relaxing atmosphere and nice ladies!
Update: Went back today and decided to upload pics this time. I just love my nails, perfect thickness (I don't like overly thick nails) they are all straight and have a slight curve like a natural nail would. My toes are nice too!
The lady who gave me a pedicure yesterday was in a rush without there being anyone in line. She did not take her time to cut the skin around the nail. I even had to ask her to cut the sides of my nails. Very disappointed.
Thickest nails I've ever had. Stones fell out within a day and weren't even and polish chipped within a week....I tried it twice with two different people. I'm still searching for my gal who I know is out there ready to give me what I want.
I only get my nails done once a year on Halloween and I went in to get them done and I'm a big girl but they were laughing at me because I'm a big girl and when they went to do my thumbnails they laughed because they had to grab toe tips and then when she was shaping my nail she cut it too short when I had already told her I wanted the almond cut and then she proceeded to tell me that she was shaking my nails a certain way so that my hands would look normal because I'm a big girl. I walked out of there feeling disgusted with myself which is a feeling I thought I had gotten over but it only takes one bad experience and they've lost me as a customer and I'm going to make sure that everybody that I know that goes there doesn't use their establishment anymore. I'm so hurt and upset.
I hurt my leg and the ladies here helped me into spa chair and took my shoes off for me. Let me sit in message chair bit longer. Very patient very helpful. Pedicure was relaxing. Then she did my nails pretty fast. I was impressed. I think ive found my new place. Lots of compliments on nails. Referring them to everyone! . love it there.
I like going here because of how nice the people are and how nice the nails come out. Also they now released punch cards, which now gives me more of a reason to come. Just be aware that they prefer cash. But that's no problem to me.
I have used this nail salon for a couple of years but will not use it anymore. The last couple times I have made an appointment the manicurist was busy with someone else and one time not there. The last manicure started chipping within 2days. When I went back to have it repaired even though 3 manicurist there and no customers. I was told I would have to come back when the person that did my manicure was working. This was on a Wednesday and she only works on Monday.
