Excellent, customer service. Great atmosphere, and the coffee as well.
This used to be my favorite coffee spot in the area, but the supervisor has been combative and unfriendly on multiple occasions. It's a shame because as a supervisor she should be setting the example for others. Instead, her employees are far more friendlier and approachable than she is. The coffee is usually great and superior to others offered in the near vicinity. I'll get the coffee but if I see the supervisor manning the cashier, I'll steer clear. I really don't need that kind of unnecessary, unpleasant interaction in my day.
Baristas do not clean out the milk carafe, they just add more milk each time. So you end up with off-tasting milk that has been steamed multiple times. And they will save steamed milk to add to a drink later, so you might not get freshly steamed milk. Baristas also don’t know how to pull shots with the fancy machines they have. Basically, it’s a cool coffee stand but the baristas cut corners and don’t really know what they are doing. Still a decent option if Starbucks is backed up.
Great coffee and friendly service! There is rarely much of a line here. I don't know why the mainstream coffee shops in the KMC are always so much busier than this one. A hidden gem!

The owner is actually very intimidating and rude to workers there, she’s also very passive aggressive and complains about customers behind their backs.
