By May 2024, Taco Tuesday has a special of $2 tacos and $6 margaritas.
Food is REALLY GOOD, and service is 1A. The environment is very familiar. The place is nice and clean. I totally recommend it !
Went today on a Tuesday during happy hour for $0.99 oysters and they did not have oysters at all. Totally disappointing as that was the main reason I went. But drinks and other food was great! Drinks were strong for only $6. I got the lobster taquitos and wings from the happy hour menu, that is what is pictured.
Great place to just dine hang out with friends or as a family. Kids love it, they play ball while they wait. Music is a bit loud if you sit inside.the food was great. Margaritas strong… my son had the oysters, he said were great… the vegan tacos were amazing also.
Came on a Monday night and was not disappointed. Our server was Mariano and attention to detail was perfect. The Guava wheat beer is PHENOMENAL. Mexican chicken wing was perfect and the truffle burger is highly recommended. Ask for Mariano and you won’t be disappointed with his service.
We went for my brother in law's birthday. We had salsa and chips , ceviche and loaded nachos! Everything was delicious! The cocktails were great ????. It's going to be our go to place for Saturdays. Make reservations...try to get a table near the bar for dancing!.
Stopped by for a late night bite around midnight on a Friday night. Wow! Quite the Cubaton and Salsa party going on outside. Ended up staying until 2:30a. I had not this much fun at a party in a long time. The food was good too. Real different vibe inside the restaurant. More subdued and quiet. The taco special from the late-night menu is a good deal.
Chelas was a great atmosphere! Cute decor and tasty food. Drinks were also very good. Our server Lea was great and attentive!
I really wanted to love this place because it's beautiful and the atmosphere is light and airy. It also helps that's it's walking distance from my home. However, the cocktails were awful. Clearly made with syrups and no fresh ingredients. We ended up ordering a bottle of tempranillo, which, unfortunately, was the only good thing that landed on our table. We ordered short rib empanadas, which were dry, but they were served with a sauce, which helped. We then ordered the ceviche. The white fish was good, but the sweet potato was boiled with clove (I think), and it was repulsive, ruined the dish. Finally, we ordered the chicken quesadilla because you can't go wrong with a quesadilla, right? Wrong. It was so salty. I ended up taking the chicken out and just eating the tortilla and cheese. I'm not sure if they have desserts, but we were not offered a dessert menu. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.
