I have been doing business with Fausto Rosario at Checo Auto Repair for 15 years . I don’t think I can explain here, how good they all are and how much they have help me.!
The best mechanic shop in Lawrence.
Trustable and professional!
I strongly recommend this place. I overall had a great experience. Adrian took care of the car with his un-parallel problem solving skill (understanding complex mechanical/electrical diagrams). His cool, calm composure and customer service were impressive.
What can I say.....First and foremost I am extremely grateful for finding this place to have our convertible Audi A5 soft top replaced, and they did an amazing job.
Where they lack is the after the fact. The top had to be changed because the previous owner did not take care of the top which had a water leak and damaged the entire electrical system.
Approximately a month after Checo's replaced our top the top started coming apart around the edges outside and inside.
We took the car back for them to fix it and they fix the outside area, the inside is very visible too and they did nothing!
We call them and they told us to bring the car back, they kept the car for almost a WEEK and did NOTHING the top's edge inside is exactly the same way it was when we took the first time.
I truly wish that small business like that one would take their customers more seriously so we can keep recommending them, but I won't. It's always a hit or miss with these small business. Take your car there at your own risk just so you know!
They do an absolute amazing job EVERY TIME!! They are very fair priced and will never hesitate to help! So thankful for them!!! And ALWAYS tip your technicians!!! ❤️????
I hate it here checos son steals single woman's money by selling the leaking moters.
Been seeing this place few times and always went above expectations, I had a 2004 accord and had my engine delivered to this garage , installed reasonably prices compared to others I was checking quotes!! Very happy great service !!
Great price. Very quick and has different mechanics who specialize in certain vehicles issues .
