My food was made poorly- bread broken in half on each over cooked hot dog. Fries over cooked, hard and inedible. The tomato ???? is the size of a quarter, dry mayo on the burger with no other ingredients. I didn't customize my burger but they decided to customize it and not add all the ingredients AND serve it with old bread, quarter sized rotten tomato, was this a joke? This is people's hard earned money that they're playing with. Then when u drive off and get home, u see the horrible food and who wants to drive all the way back over there, it's ridiculous. The even sadder part is that the manager made my order. ????
Absolutely horrible!!! The personal at the window had the worst attitude. This is Definitely a management issue. after reading through several comments, management replay is “sorry this is not the impression blah blah blah.” If this is not the impression/experience you want to provide your customers then why aren’t you doing anything about your staff?
This is disappointing and nasty. I bought this chicken bites and wasn’t any chicken inside.
They make you wait for half an hour just for them to make ice cream?? What kinda service is that! The funny thing is that I got my food first before getting my ice cream, and I had to tell the lady on the register to give me a new batch since I was waiting for my ice cream. Instead, she heats up my food up and does not give me a fresh batch. Called customer service and management close my case and did not contact me at all. Customer service stated the only thing they can do is give me a coupon for 10 dollar off. Super ridiculous! Never again!
0 stars* - All i have to say is, DONT eat here. You WILL be disappointed. The lady working who opened the window looked miserable working there and comes off rude. As soon as she opened the window you can immediately smell old fryer oil as if the friers haven’t been cleaned in weeks!! The smell was extremely strong. After waiting about 5 minutes for my order a man handed me the food and i can immediately smell the odor coming from the bag. When i opened the bag you can tell the fries are extremely dark, smelled horrible and tasted awful. They were not edible. This is a safety and a health hazard to the employees and the customers! I basically come here just for their delicious fries and was extremely disappointed.
** update: I have already tried emailing checkers directly. It has been a week and I have received NO response back. They clearly don’t want to address nor fix these problems at this checkers location. Eat here at your own risk. **
Food was good. Had to order online or walk up instead of using drive thru. So plan ahead.
This shouldn’t even get a star for how unprofessional and disrespectful the managers are that work here . I placed a mobile order on the app for my kids to eat and I pulled up to the window to pick it up and the manager tells me she can’t give me my food because they don’t sell the “meal duo” anymore mind you it’s still on there app to order so why don’t you guys sell it anymore ??? It makes no sense . But I asked if she can just give me something else for it or if she can just still give me my stuff that I payed for and she repeatedly says no she can’t because they don’t sell it . I asked if she can do anything else but she shuts the window and another manager comes and he just looks under the influence of something but he was very rude and told us they can’t help us and kept shutting the window on my face . This was my last 20$ that I used to get my boys food for the night . I had to call and cancel my order and now I have to wait 3-7 days for my money back it’s ridiculous thanks though my boys couldn’t eat because your workers were just unprofessional and disrespectful. This place should be shut down
this happened at 2:22 AM. Terrible service, the speaker said to pull up to the window I went and placed my order on the window, the lady told me that what I was saying was impossible that the speaker never says that to the customers after that they parked me for 25 minutes. when the young guy opened the window, he was talking to me at the same time that he was looking at his phone I repeated him twice that I wanted blue cheese sauce, and he just was concentrated at his phone right in front of my face. Also, the young lady told me that there only was only 2 persons working and there was like 4. this store needs new management urgently. food was disgusting. The fries were burned and the burger didn’t come the way I order it. Also I am manager at a fast food so i know what i’m talking about. EVERYTHING BAD, NEW MANAGERS PLEASE. STORE MANAGER DOESNT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESSES. CHECKERS FIX THIS YALL LOSING MONEY. (look at the time of their order, they handed me the food 22 minutes after) WHERE IS THE NEW BUN ?????
