I haven’t had a better experience in the area yet and they always do a good job, I appreciate the shoulder massages and my nails (powder) usually last me 3-4 weeks, if not longer. I usually do a regular color but whenever I show them a photo or ask for something specific they accomplish it.
Super disappointed in my gel manicure. 3 nails have chipped and layers are peeling after 24 hours. This has never happened to me. Layers were applied way too thick. She tried to blame me, saying my nails were too short? Won’t be back.
I’ve been going here for years but lately the pedicures have been hit or miss. Some technicians have a habit of asking if you want a square or round cut toenails which I find odd. Toenails should be cut relatively straight to over growing ingrown nails. The same technician has twice now cut round edges deep on my sides, creating a very unnatural looking nail and causing pain in the corners. I brought this to the attention to the owner who insisted “that’s how my nails and skin are.” …I’ve been getting pedicures for five years there loyally. It can be hard to communicate your needs here and have them take care of you without push back.
It was a $90 spa gel pedicure with tip included.
This place is incredible - I’ve gotten gel manicures from Darius and Peter, and not only were they beautiful/perfectly matched what I wanted but they lasted longer than any other gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Normally when I get them from other places, they start to peel up/catch on things after 2 weeks, but it was as good as new after 3 weeks. I honestly could have kept it on for another 2-3 weeks had my nails not grown out so much, and I wanted a refresh for an event. You can guarantee the best quality here. And on top of that, they offer a wonderful quick neck massage if you’d like. It’s the perfect touch. Cannot recommend enough.

The atttn to detail given to my nails always blows me away! The salon is clean, peaceful, and run efficiently. To be serviced, you must have an appointment; when I arrive, I never have had to wait. My nails last for three weeks, and my services (clear gel fill or powder nails) take one hour to complete. I highly recommend Charming Nails & Spa!
Peter is always amazing! This place uses clean practices and is so diligent with their work. I can’t praise them enough! Peter cares so much about his clients and directs me and my nails based on what is better for them. They get busy so make sure you make a reservation! I also loved Angela with my pedicure ❤️
I really wanted to like this nail salon. The ratings and client reviews are plentiful online, but that was not my experience. I went to get a dip powder refill, and from the start, I saw the red flags, but I wanted to remain positive.
First, I was disappointed that she used the drill to remove my old dip powder; I am not referring to the 1st pass before the acetone; I am referring to using the drill after she soaked them with acetone.
She asked me if I wanted to cut my nails down and preferred shape, and I honestly don’t know why. I would not have agreed to cut them down if I knew she was going to file down the front after dipping them, and she didn’t respect my shape preference; some nails are my preferred shape, square, and some nails, she rounded my corners, on purpose.
My nails look uneven in every way, shape, thickness, and style. She dipped the left hand 3 times and the right hand 4 times in the powder, and my nails look thick and unnatural. When I asked her if she could file them down some more, she whispered some reason why she thought my request was not a good idea.
I honestly wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, I was not a fan of the final outcome or how I was treated. I will not be returning.
