Think twice before booking stylist took money from my account I didn’t authorize. She didn’t give accurate quote then proceeded with her services without advising we would end up paying double what she quoted. Very hurt and disappointed especially this time of year I would think the owner would have better communication skills.
I would never recommend anyone to come here I went to get extensions with the OWNER of the salon she told me they would last anywhere from 6 months to a year she also told me it was real hair a month in the extension were the same length as my natural hair and I have proof real hair doesn’t do that I messaged her and she took 0 accountability so disappointed as the owner you would think she was helpful but was not what so ever I now go to hola Bonita and i have no complaints my extensions are beautiful and most importantly are not loosing length !!
Kassie has been caring for my hair for approximately 14 years. I have never had any negative issues with Kassie. She is the only hair artist I will allow to touch my hair. She is very talented at what she does. Kassie is knowledgeable, friendly, caring and listens to her clients. She gives good advice on how to care for your hair. The salon is beautiful, clean and has a great atmosphere.
I have curly hair and I had the best service with Gloria. She is very knowledgeable with curly hair and the items that are needed for styling hair! The place it's self is gorgeous and well maintained!
Love the environment. Everyone is so professional. Love the work that Rosa Luján does on me and my daughter from hair cuts to coloring. She advises you on what products to use depending on the type of hair you have. Nichole the braiding lady has skill of her own that are fantastic as well. She does braiding and updos for weddings quinces and any other event that you would have. She did mine and my girls hair for a quince that we had. Very satisfied. In this picture the hair color is done by Rosa and the updos are done by Nichole.
Kassie is the best! I just had highlights and haircut done again. She did a fantastic job, and the salon is lovely.
Susie does a great job with reds, and vibrant colors. I was sad that some other ladies that tried to scam Susie for free hair services wrote ugly reviews. As long as you are willing to pay a fair price for these amazing services, you will not be disappointed. Susie will even open the shop for you on her days off for women who have special events coming up!!! Be aware that there are people who write bad reviews after their scams don’t work out! I’ve been coming to Susie for over a year, and I always ask for really difficult services as well as a high maintenance hair color. Susie is more than capable and able to handle any type of service. Great option to get your hair done in Odessa!
