Best WLM Reviews

This is such a cute spot for brunch, or dinner. I came in for brunch super early so there wasn’t a ton of people and my food came in great timing. I got a lovely lavender lemonade and the cassava plantain fritters to start. Along with oxtail rasta pasta and my partner got the salmon. The food was very tasty, well cooked and beautifully plated. All staff was very courteous as well!
Food: The food was okay. It was very salty, very. We got two appetizers; the oxtail mac and cheese and naked wings. The oxtail was really sweet and the wings were okay. For entré we got the guava jerk wings with white rice, lamb chops with mash potatoes and broccoli and lastly the salmon with pineapple and coconut fried rice and asparagus. The jerk chicken was very spicy and had no other flavor, other than that. The lamb chops with the truffle parmesan mash potatoes were salty, very salty. The salmon was okay and so was the pineapple coconut fried rice.
Atmosphere: It is a very small/tight space. No room to really move around.
Service: The service was great, Dallas was our server. She was very nice and attentive.
A-MAZ-ING!!! This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be coming back. The food, drinks, and service was immaculate. Amazing music and friendly staff. 11/10 recommend. If you want good vibes, service, and food, come here. Get here early or on a weekday to avoid a long wait. I ordered various different dishes to sample and try everything and it was cooked to perfection. I love the variety of Caribbean food options they had with a fusion flare. Kisses to the chef(s) because they did that! The cocktails were made to perfection by Ashlee. She truly takes pride in making the perfect cocktail for not only aesthetic but taste as well. Ruth our waiter was very attentive and friendly. They have brunch on Thursdays-Sunday which is what sets them apart from other establishments amongst other great things.
I had tried going to this location before and was told I needed reservations. I went today, and they had a seat. They took me to the back, through the kitchen, down these metal stairs to an outdoor seating. The outdoor tent was nice. Service was quick. The fried pork with Plantain cups and lobster & crab Rangoon as appetizer and shrimp rasta pasta as entrée was delicious.
Food, service ,and atmosphere was a 10/10 ! I went for brunch on a Thursday and had the jerk wings & oxtail and grits, again 10/10 , the drinks were good and the service really was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and you do not get that everywhere in NY. We definitely will be back !
Went to this place yesterday. The food was excellent. Lots of flavors and drinks were on point. The vibes was great. Alittle small place but I was good. The service sucked. Our server didn’t tell us her name. She forgot my drink orders and when my girl got her entree mines didn’t come out to like 10 mins later. We mention it to the manger in the red braids but still didn’t get my food till way late. I had to cancel my drinks because the food was gone and I had nothing to drink with my food and that’s when they had my drink . I wish the tip wasn’t included in the bill because she did not earned that 20% at all. Didn’t want to argue or make a scene because I would go back but not getting that server ever again.

Babyyyyy let me just say everything chef kiss ???? the oxtail and grits was bomb and omg that Island toast was loveeee. The need to bottle up the Wray-Maker cocktail. If you love rum this is ittttt! The atmosphere was nice, although I do wish it was bigger space! I’d definitely recommend and come again!
