My brother and I visited Charleys Philly Steaks last week at 2020 W Pensacola Street in Tallahassee, Florida. As it was our first time there, we opted to try a few items to get a sense of the food. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Cheese Fries, both of which were fresh and delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Additionally, we were treated to a complimentary Strawberry Lemonade, courtesy of the gracious owners, which was absolutely fantastic with its fresh strawberry pulp. We highly recommend this establishment. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The food was amazing and fresh, definitely enjoyed it. I was surprised the wings were as good as they were because I never had them from there before but they were crispy and delicious. Will be back!
Got food poisoning from the last visit here. Definitely went downhill since they opened. Won't be going back and will stop suggesting them as a place to go. Not to mention the staff were unprofessional and took forever to get me a lemonade but were quick to serve the TPD officers that got lunch. I waited over an hour and a different staff member got my lemonade and looked at the girl at the front and went "Really?".
Food is superb. The staff is very friendly. The facility is very clean. My ordered was cooked correctly and well prepared. Definitely will go again
The place is excellent. I tried the regular Philly steak, and it was amazing. The best. The bread, the sauce, the meat...what a great combination.
The workers are interested in offering a great service, which is important too.
