Best WLM Reviews
The one near publix in Johnson City is awful. Tried it last week and didn't see my usual on the menu. Seriously thought about not even eating. Places smelled like burnt meat. The on in the food court at the mall is much better
I placed my order and say no mushrooms, only lettuce. And he put it in wrong on the screen and I tell him, I pull up to the window get my food and there's 3 pieces of lettuce on my sandwich I say can I have lettuce please, he takes the box back they put it on there and the lettuce is all wet and I take a bite of the sandwich and I taste pickles the girl had hands/gloves covered in pickle juices and picked up lettuce with it. Disgusting!! What if I was allergic to pickles? Do better!!!
There were a lot of people in the drive through, which was actually a good sign. The food is so good theres a line. I mean slamming. The service was on point too but the food tho. I look at the pictures I've taken and want to.eat the picture. It's so good. Might be the best fast food around. This new location has a brand new building too so I know it was fresh a f.
The sandwich was very good. The second half of my sandwich had an unusual amount of gristle in the meat. Would of given it a 4 or 5 if it wasn't for that.
We love the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken cheesesteak and the fries are good, too. The service has always been good.
Awesome! And by awesome, I mean heinous.
First of all, part of the parking lot is just dirt.
I ordered 2 hours til closing, a cheesesteak without lettuce or ranch, they put lettuce AND ranch on it, and they even forgot to put a straw in the bag for my drink.
And, just in case I thought they were sorry, my drink had like, 2 ice cubes in it.
Yeah no, keep going east on Broad to reach the other Charley's location.
At least the fries and the cheesesteak (after i picked off what i specifically asked them to omit) were good though.
Customer service is terrible for it to be my first time I was askin questions about a meal and the woman taking orders didn't want to answer them so I can come to the window and she asked me to come in and I refused , she has a nasty attitude and shouldn't be taking orders if she gets frustrated easily not to mention getting smart and rolling eyes , after that I did decide to come in so that my food was correct and even after that it wasn't correct . The manger is also terrible because he thought the whole situation was funny as he was joking and laughing with the worker . Managers name is Chrisptor. The workers name is Alondra .
I said I wasn’t going back again even though the 3 times I went they got my order wrong from me paying for cheese sauce an not getting it to getting a whole order that wasn’t mine they tried to fix it but the receipt machine was messed up so it didn’t say it on my receipt but I felt like they could’ve checked with the receipt # I was just annoyed it was between this an chipotle an I choose this at least I can see my food being made overall annoying each time
