I did business here before, but the second time around was not a pleasant experience. Extremely long wait times. Place looks even more ran down than before. I wish them the best of luck, but have to go somewhere else for better value and customer service.
This guy is a scam. Asked for all terrains gave me an off brand tire. They cost me 2 tow bills. There is not a lot of good tow companies that will not go on his property cause he is a drunk loser!!
Horrible horrible service. Got new tires which were actually good but they said they aligned my car once to leave with steering wheel crooked and not right at all. Had to take to big ol tires and get it fixed. Stay away
Never go through these guys they will lie about fixing your car just to mess it up so you come back.
Was visiting from Pennsylvania. Had a specialty tire valve replaced while I waited. I expected to pay way too much. They treated me fairly and got the job done right. Highly recommended.
I had a flat tire after hours in Ozark. Chappell tire was the only place I called that was open and willing to help me. They called in a technician at 9pm, tried to repair my flat and when we realized it was punctured - they were able to replace the tire to get me and my daughter back on the road. They were so helpful, kind and understanding and I really don't know what we would have done without them.
Initial visit seemed fine as we hobbled in off the interstate with a blowout on our RV. We wanted 5 new tires and paid around $500. Trusting that the new tires had been installed properly we took off to our next destination. Upon arrival at our campsite we discover the majority of the blownout tire hanging under the wheel and stuck in the brake system. They had put on the new tire without removing the blownout tread from the brake lines and wheel. Perhaps it was because the shop was a dark hole, but I can't ever imagine allowing such shoddy work. We would have gladly paid for further service if we had been informed of this issue.
We have emailed them twice prior to this review with zero response. Their poor work could have caused brake failure on our rig or caused our rig to catch on fire as we drove down the interstate with three young children in back. We can only imagine the destruction that could have been caused for many people on the road.
Thankfully we found a mobile RV service to come remove the tread and check our brake lines. He was horrified that anyone would leave such an obviously dangerous situation.
We usually take great pride in leaving wonderful reviews for places as we travel the country. Unfortunately this business put the lives of our family, and others driving down the road near us, at risk. We are also filing a claim with the BBB in the area.
*****Update after speaking with the owner*****
After a post on FaceBook messenger I did finally get a call from the owner. No apology, just telling me how his employee may be dumb, but not that dumb. When I mentioned that as a business owner I would expect him to apologize and attempt to make things right. His response was "And just what do you want me to do to make things right? As I said, I will talk to him tomorrow, he is stupid but not that stupid." I asked him if he had seen the pictures I included showing the sections of tire over 3 ft long hanging off the wheel. He just talked over me and said how his employee was dumb. When I commented that this problem could have cost us our lives his only response was "but it didn't". No care or concern what so ever. Seriously, stay away from this place.

These folks helped me out of what could have been a major pain. They did it quickly and were super nice about it even though I showed up right before closing time. Will definitely be back.
