He did a great job getting my car where it needed to be. I had some guys recommend me to him and I’ll be doing the same for anyone needing exhaust work done! Very great pricing.
Very friendly unfortunately unable to help me was super busy, I appreciate him taking the time to come out and see my vehicle also gave me a free part to have installed in a different shop.
Wonderful experience. Great service and he was easy on the pocket. Definitely recommend this place for muffler service.
reasonable rates professional work, if you need exhaust repair, Chapman's is the place to go!!!!
Highly recommended and honest....will refer him to whoever needs exhaust maintenance....
Absolutely fantastic. My muffler fell off my car on the highway near Mt. Vernon. While I would have preferred that didn’t happen at all, there was no better place it could have happened if it was going to. I called Chapman’s after 4pm and didn’t get there until 4:30. He got me in right away, stayed late to get me finished up, and the cost was far less than I was expecting. I made it back to Decatur in time for my scheduled doctor’s appointment, which I thought would be impossible after losing my muffler. He definitely went above and beyond. 11/10, would recommend for exhaust services to anyone in the Southern Illinois area. I’m very grateful for the help.
I had experienced issues with my flex pipe and noticed how loud my car sounded, i was originally told somewhere else that it would cost $800, but Chapman fixed it for only $100! I would recommend going here before visiting anywhere else. It was fast and I’m highly satisfied. Very friendly service.
Great work!! Exhaust sounds good . Thank you.
