We had an incredible experience with delicious, authentic dishes bursting with flavor during our first visit for dinner. The carne asada fajitas impressed with tender steak, grilled veggies, and flavorful marinade. The chori pollo surpassed any I've tasted north of the cities, even outshining Elk River's Mucho Loco. And let's not forget the crispy, savory house-made chips paired perfectly with the house salsa.
The food is pretty amazing. The service and awesome, very nice people. The place is really nice. I liked it alot. Will ???? percent go again!!!! So good!!!!
We had jalapeño poppers, chori Pollo & seafood enchiladas (was supposed to be Enchiladas suprimas) we were ok with the oops but they offered a free house margarita as a comp. Very friendly staff. We asked for more salsa with the free chips because it's now in my top 3 restaurant salsas!

Food was good service was good we did have a crack in a margarita glass without even asking. For Princeton prices for a little bit high but overall best Mexican restaurant to eat in Princeton. Out of the three that are here.
Been wanting to try this Mexican restaurant for a while it was so yummy. Not disappointed people there are wonderful. The atmosphere was great so welcoming great food. I had the enchilada supreme Husband had the burrito shredded beef our son had the quesadillas. We will be going back for sure. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience here with Isa as our server. She definitely made the whole experience very enjoyable! Come for the food, stay for the customer service!
This restaurant is absolutely incredible! The staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is super pretty, cozy and welcoming. On top of that, the food is really dang good. Good job Chapala!
