Chang's has undergone a fantastic transformation! Before Covid we used to stay away due to cleanliness concerns, but the recent changes are impressive. The environment is now spotless, and it's become a top pick for our family.
The "make your own" food option is a hit with our kids, especially our 6-year-old who loves getting creative. Despite being cautious about buffets, Chang's has become a regular spot for us due to its family-friendly atmosphere.
As a parent, finding a place that offers both fun for the kids and healthy choices is a win. Chang's has earned its spot on our go-to list, and we look forward to more enjoyable visits. Highly recommended for families!
Went with friend who absolutely loves Chang's and goes all the time; however, I didn't particularly enjoy the food. It was fine but not great. Service was alright and the price is good for all you can eat. Not a bad place to go but I would rather eat somewhere else.
The manager Tana is a horrible human being. She doesn’t do her job, when done for her, she laughs at customers. With her refusal to give me a contact to the owner for a very easily fixable problem, I was left to come here. I would still like to speak to an owner about your broken door, hours placement, employees, Tana and her 27 years as your manager. You should already have my number if she does any of her job correctly (could take a couple days, she’s slow) We didn’t even get a chance to check out the food, local rumor is ANY other location would be a better experience. Seems more of a Tana issue than a restaurant problem. Looking forward to giving another location a chance. Willing to delete/edit review if contacted :)
Love this place. Been coming here for years and definitely the best Mongolian grill that I’ve ever been to, I’ve tried others and nothing beats these guys. Yeah, it sucks that the prices have gotten steeper and steeper since I’ve started coming, but what hasn’t if we’re being honest? You can blame the Fed for that. Don’t get me started on that topic….but anyways, great food that’d I’d recommend to anyone!
What is there to be said about this place. I absolutely enjoy the food here. You have a giant buffet style establishment with tons of choices. Lobster, beef, pork, tons of vegetables and soy sauce, vinegar so on and so forth. I absolutely enjoyed the way they cook it all on a giant grilling front of you with all the people waiting to get their delicious concoction back. Absolutely fun to watch and especially the end result when you get your food. Absolutely feels great to know your choice in food when it comes back to you tastes as awesome as it does. Will definitely visit again. I'd also like to give a shout out to the waitress who took their time with our table of 6.
Got charged over $100 for two adult meals, one 6yo and one 3yo who had a birthday that day. What was supposed to be ~$60 turned into over a hundred bucks because of incompetence of staff. The bill was split between a group of 9, and I was responsible for two adults and two kids. There was a charge of 16% added to our table which is not supposed to be the case for a group under 10 people. There were added charges for items that nobody ordered either. Beware of scam and incompetence. It didn’t click in my head until after I was dumb enough to tip another $20 the idiot that I am, and my wife said something wasn’t right with this math. Lesson learned.
Always fresh and so good. We came early for dinner so we got seated right away. Service was great and the buffet bar was always well stocked and cleaned up

servers are nice, food is generally flavorless and oddly spicy if you choose the wrong sauce (which are not labeled accordingly) . We had a birthday dinner here. All mutually agreed we won’t go out our way to eat here again.
It is generous they allow the birthday diner to eat here for free.
