This is a great park to visit, right in the heart of ATL, it pays homage to all the Greta athletes and representatives from the 96 bicentennial Olympics. It is surrounded by some of the states best tourist attractions, great hotels and a plethora of dining establishments.
This park is amazing, any age can enjoy it , it’s peaceful and has lots of greenery and fountains all around , I love the time we spend there this weekend and will definitely return . It’s a great spot and has lots of places nearby, you can spend the whole day here . Love it
This place has memories I have coming to the best I love about the city grew up through culture and living in The ATL. My family and I first came to Centennial when Urban One (formerly Radio One) had Praise 102.5's Praise In The Park for a few years from every year they had it there just before moving their event to a new location. I still enjoy coming to Centennial for the reasons I work at Mercedes-Benz Stadium are the times I like seeing the view around Atlanta.
This is a nice park with lots of open space, historic statues, and things for the little ones to do. By the way, all the museums and the aquarium are surro the park. So it’s a short walk to eat or go do something else.
A great place to walk around. Very neat to visit when visiting downtown Atlanta. Right near Coca-Cola World, College Football Hall of Fame, Georgia Aquarium & much more!
Lovely park. Close to other attractions like world of coca cola , aquarium, children's museum, sky wheel, CNN building. We parked by the garage and spent a couple of hours walking around. Didn't spend a whole lot of time at the park but enjoyed it a lot
For visitors staying in the Centennial Park area wishing to visit the MLK historic park, this is an amazingly convenient, affordable option. The tram runs on a loop between the two sites, with numerous stops along the way. You just hop on board and slip a dollar into the glass fare box. No cards to buy, no apps to download. I’m surprised more people don’t take advantage of it.
Love this place! So many activities and things to do, look up Atlanta was amazing
