New ownership place has gone down hill! Went to have my power steering looked at had to have my rack and pinion replaced. Got it replaced and the car was pulling to the right. New owner/mechanic refused to even look at the car again and told me the car is pulling to the right because it’s following the road and refused to look at or do anything to fix the alignment when it is part of the job and had an attitude about the whole thing. Been taking my cars to this place for years now with this new owner me and my family are looking elsewhere from now on the new owner has a lot to learn about running a business and customer service. 2000 dollar job had my brakes done as well and yet he refused to even look at the car again and said he did what he can and he can’t do anything about it and basically brushed it off like it’s not bad and I should be ok with it. Also blamed the road but yet I drove the car on the highway and was still pulling right so definitely not the road. Just the owner/mechanic being lazy and not making things right for someone who’s been a loyal customer to the previous shop owners for 10+ years.
This place is a gem, I had a hard time picking a spot to go for a check engine light. Rebecca was super friendly when I walked in and even helped check my engine code when the mechanic was busy. I came back a few days later and she remembered my name, car type, and issues with my car! My bill was cheaper than what I expected, and they were very honest with what was wrong with my car. I will definitely be returning as they did good work on my car and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process! ????
Found this 5 star mechanic and family 3 yrs ago from a client recommendation. Have taken all my vehicles, Tundra, Honda, Jeep, here for repairs & servicing ever since. Truly honest and fantastic people.
The best mechanics and service ever, i will not take my vehicle anywhere else, I have been coming here for years. Super honest, reliable and fast service
Excellent service! I would be happy to go back to them again. I have a 1999 Toyota Camry. Girlfriend put too much oil in it he was able to correct the levels and fix the leak in no time. I would go back.
The office manager at Cedar Hills was beyond helpful. She was able to point me in the right direction with having my car worked on. They were reasonable in their pricing and prompt in their service. They were even willing to work with my warranty company in a very professional manner. While I did decide not to have my engine replaced, if I were to replace it this would be where I would take it! Unbelievable customer service that was above and beyond.
This place is beyond amazing. They changed my wheel bearings and did an alignment. They also did some little details and I noticed them :) Worth the money and def less expensive then how much the dealerships charge. Their work is top tier. I will definitely be back to get my car worked on. Thank you so much!
Locally owned shop that I have literally been going to for years. The most trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with in my entire life is the owner. If you need your car fixed or need it diagnosed this is the place to go. Prices are relevant to the current economy but they are fair. I will take my car nowhere else.
