I absolutely adore Cecy!
I moved to Vallejo 5 years ago and never found a decent hair salon.
I have very thick and long hair, she did a beautiful style and I definitely will be coming back for my next cut ✂️ or trim.
She's a lovely woman.

Cecy's is the quintessential awesome neighborhood hair salon!! Not only did she do a great cut for me but also one for our kiddo with no notice, totally saving the day. Cecy and her family are godsends. Give them a try!!
Cecy did an AMAZING job on my haircut today - this is coming from someone who doesn't trust many people touching my hair. She was very quick & efficient and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't want. I will be back soon!
Gio is the best barber in city! If you need any type of fade or beard trim, he’s the guy to go to! Been going to him for 10+ years and the cuts are always on point! If you’re looking for a barber in town, you don’t have to look any further, Gio’s your guy!
This was my first time at a salon in many years and im happy I chose this place. Johanna is amazing and very nice! She’s knowledgeable and caring, especially when it comes to thick, wavy/curly hair. She knew exactly what I wanted. My haircut turned out absolutely perfect and has given me tons of confidence. I highly recommend this place!
Great experience, Jazmine did an amazing job capturing what I wanted my hair to look like. All the staff was very sweet and welcoming. I loved the family own vibe that they gave and I definitely would recommend anyone to come to this salon. Jazmine did and excellent job!
Absolutely LOVED my experience, Johanna was so sweet and understanding and immediately made me feel comfortable to talk about what I was looking for and understood right away what style I had in mind (I think even she knew better than me!). My hair looks amazing and it’s upped my confidence and I can’t thank her enough for that!

All of the reviews are true, I am leaving today feeling like a new woman! I asked for sexy hair with some bangs & she delivered. I am so happy & feel refreshed.
She waxed my brows… which I NEVER do & they look incredible as well. She balanced them out & they really look better. So many clients come in for brow waxing.
Cecy is an absolute delight, she is incredibly welcoming & warm. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Her daughters are stylists here as well & they all are amazing!
