It was my first time visiting CAVA and I actually really liked the food. I created my own bowl with many combinations of base, protein, and sauces. The taste was amazing and I would definitely come back for this. Water fountain is located around the corner, and there are Togo brownbags and utensils ready. The place is well maintained and clean. Highly recommend!
First visit, everything was delicious! Had to add photos on here so more people can find this and enjoy it! I got the Balsamic Date Chicken bowl with a few changes. Fast and quick service! Expensive but I saved half for a second meal. Worth it for nutrition.
We come here every time we visit gainsville. The food is amazing. Tables, however, are always dirty. Understandable because the food can be messy. But so worth it. We love the spicy chicken Avocado in a bowl with pita chips. Bowls are big size so I always have leftovers.
I definitely enjoyed my meal at Cava. First time ever been there was this past Saturday. On the other hand, customer service could have been a lot better. The first girl we encountered was super helpful, nice and patient. Then the next two guys were kind of rushing us and one even seemed annoyed that I got more than three toppings when it’s unlimited toppings lol. I will come to Cava again but I guess I’ll be more ready for next time when I order
I got the chicken and right rice bowl my first time coming here. I heard lots of good things but in my opinion it is overrated. My main complaint is that the portion size is way too small; it is not enough food for a meal.
The food itself was decent. Definitely healthy and they have a variety of options. The workers were also nice. Way overpriced though.
I love the food here! ???? amazing variety, chicken is my favorite.. they have plenty of salad choices and toppings as well as dressings.. Also the pita bread and dips are wonderful!
I've been to other CAVAs, and this one is way below the bar. Normally, I love eating at these restaurants, but this location needs new management urgently! I made two orders directly from the menu, and I was told that multiple ingredients were not available... well, it turns out it was still in bags and not displayed in containers.
After substituting with Romain lettuce, we noticed that lettuce was old and below quality than what im used to... ( I will post some pics so you all can see...) they handled money and never changed their gloves. After bringing these issues up to their attention, we got a much more helpful employee, which made a gesture to help us out with our order.
Thought it was over... But then the drink dispensers were gross and empty, and the tables were all except for maybe two were sticky and dirty. I'm not an expert, but it's obvious that this does not meet health standards. Sad to say, I will not recommend this location, and I will never return again.
Just tried to visit at 2:12pm on Sunday, December 17 and the doors are locked. The employee ran to the back when I knocked on the door three other customers showed up and same thing. No one‘s opening the door, the doors locked. There’s no one inside the restaurant there’s no one outside the restaurant. I don’t know if they were robbed or if the employees have staged a walk out but they are closed when they should be open. I’m sure the corporate team would not be happy about this. They could have placed a sign on the door explaining why they were closed instead of literally watching people come and knock on the door and not know why they can’t go inside in order. They’ve had a lot of bad reviews lately and I’ve still been coming because I do normally find the food to be good. It’s a healthier option on this side of town but their customer service is very bad.
