My fiancé has taken me here multiple times for some good Southern eatin’, and both the food and service did not disappoint!
The servers here are friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very country, with antique pictures of cowboys and cowgirls lining the walls, saddles, county music, and pictures of cattle. This location has both regular and booth seating options.
I get their potato bacon soup, which comes with some cheese and green onions on top. It is my go-to comfort dish and is SO DELICIOUS! My fiancé and I also like to get the loaded potato skins and the onion rings with blooming sauce. Both are absolutely scrumptious!
I have also tried their Smothered Steak, which was so rich, delicious and filling. Lastly, my fiancé always gets a solid steak from here with fries. He has always appreciated the consistency of their cooking when it comes to their delicious aged steaks.
I highly recommend this Cattleman’s location. It has become our go-to place for delicious Southern eats!
Stopped here for lunch and it was nice to find a good ol steak house. There are not many around anymore in our area of New England so we are happy to find and eat here. Steak was cooked spot on, portions sizes were just right and service was great as well.
They have a salad bar/steak combo there but we did not try that but it is something we will try next time.
Great salad bar, not a perfect place if you are in a hurry. Service is still good, no reason to avoid it. Just give them time and enjoy the people you're with. The food is good, it's a few me place to enjoy a meal.
Love the salad bar! Great selection and fresh. The fresh baked rolls are always welcome. I've had very few things from the menu, but it's always tasty. The chicken tenders are ENORMOUS!!!!

If you've never eaten at Cattlemens it's alot like a Longhorn steak house or a Texas Roadhouse.
The salad bar is awesome, we should have just had that. We also had steaks and chicken, both were good; the mashed potato side was delicious, the steamed broccoli was a bit overcooked. Service was great.
My family and I took my mom's there just to treat her to great food. She ordered the beef tips with rice. She enjoyed them but said they too big of a cut for her. They were pretty large but overall we all enjoyed our meal. The waitress was amazing.
Stopped by and sat at the bar. Did not get noticed for more than 5 minutes even though the bartender was there but busy. Had to ask for bread that was included in my order. Got charged for a salad bar that I didn't get, but it was fixed prior to paying. Food was what I expected, mashed potatoes was very bland, but salt and pepper was all it needed. Overall it is 3 stars.
