There's very limited seating making it less accessible for disabled folks. On Saturday mornings around 6:30am there's a man who comes and blasts loud music in an attempt to bother homeless people nearby, which is rude in and of itself, but it's rude to everyone else waiting for the bus as well.
Bus driver was really rude and refused to stop as I requested. She took me 4 additional blocks up from where I had requested in plenty of time as well and verbally vocalized my request numerous times. Very rude lady said she didn't feel like stopping when I wanted. Unprofessional and mean. I am disabled and unable to walk far which is why I only take certain routes
It's public transportation soo there's that. But I don't have to worry about traffic or any of that, because they handle it for me. I use them to get all the way to Carlisle, there and back, off and on for work.
The Director of operations Chris is not a honest director of the company! He will tell you something only do the opposite of what he said he will do. He doesn't return calls in a timely manner! There's not enough drivers to fulfill the bus schedules along with soo many other reasons this company is just overall deceptive
The CAT Transfer Center looks much improved. They put railings where you can lean on while waiting for a bus. It can get tired some waiting on a bus, standing for 45 - 60 minutes. It's much cleaner. They put new and more seats on the benches. It looks great !! Thanks !!
You wait outside so dress warm when the weather is cold!
It's the main transfer center, so there are always lots of people around. It's clean and what can I say, downtown is pretty and you can see some of it beauty in the people and surroundings. So just sit, talk to some of the people and relax and enjoy your time while you wait for your bus.
Heavily guarded. Cold attitudes. Welcome to New York kind of attitude. Near county courthouse and city hall. Ritzy hotels to the left and to the right. Classy resturaunts and bars up the street. Multi government district. Close to strawberry Square shopping mall.
