I've gone to these guys a bunch of times for oil changes. The other day. There was a little oil leaking out of my car after an oil change. I didn't think much of it but then I noticed it was still going on a few weeks later. I went back to them and they changed the filter and fixed it. No extra charge. No problem. These guys take pride in their work.
In and out within 20 minutes for an oil change, plus a free car wash! Excellent service. Everyone was super friendly as well. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
5 stars for car wash not yet sure on the oil change service. One recommendation.... have a professional voicemail or automated machine. I'm assuming the number just goes to someone's personal phone based on the generic vm. Be nice to speak with a person when planning an oil change.
I went in for an oil change and had a very good experience. Tyrone did the work and I was impressed by his customer service. He walked me through why I needed a specific type of oil, even showing me in my car where it listed the type. He also brought me out and showed me the filters so I could confirm that I needed new ones. The work was completed incredibly quickly too. The only negative was that the lounge area was a little uncomfortable (it could use better seats, wifi and less retail) but I wasn't there long.
Good place they also do 10% military discount for veterans like myself, took 15 minutes and was fast people were nice, and was cheaper than the dealership
Requested a quote for an e92 m3 since it takes Castrol oil.
Receptionist says bring it in. I responded it doesn’t make sense to bring it in if you can’t service it. I can only assume she was irritated because work is required to answer that question.
She takes my model info and steps away and then comes back and hangs up.
I called back assuming it was by accident and asked “ did you hang up?” I paraphrased her response “ yes and I was going to call back but didn’t have my number. We don’t have that oil; can’t help you”.
I will not go there with my other vehicle just because of her bad customer oriented vibe.
Edit: perhaps their actual oil change service is great. I did not go do it is unfair to say. I just wouldn’t even if they had the oil because this simple interaction. So take my review with a grain of salt.
No wait and done in 20 minutes, included a car wash with the oil change. Definitely will come back here.
Excellent! Quick and transparent service. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Car wash was closed but they gave me a “rain check” that never expires. I will be a repeat customer.
