First of all, Will was our waiter and did a fantastic job. ???????? He was courteous and attentive. My wife had the burrito; and I had tacos. The salsa was mild heat, so don't be afraid if you don't like spicy flavors. The burrito was simple flour tortilla filled with mildly seasoned ground beef rolled and covered in cheese sauce. The taco hard corn shell filled with same ground beef, lettuce, tomatoe, and white shredded queso. Both plates came with rice and beans. Although the plates were simple, they were delicious. The best we've had in the last 6 months! You can tell they were prepared with love ❤️. Highly recommend this restaurant for the simplicity of their food, how delicious the food was and because of Will who made our experience pleasant and enjoyable. Your people reveal the exceptional or unexceptional leadership and ownership, in this case it appears... EXCEPTIONAL!

The atmosphere of Casa Mexico is great. Their service is good but their food is just okay. Their margaritas are outstanding! I have eaten there twice since I moved to the area and the food has been the same quality both times.
We ordered the 3 for $35 grilled chicken with shrimp. It was awesome, and our server was the best.
The food was so fast, it was ten thousand times more delicious than anything else open in Burlington now, and the owner was so friendly to us, not treating us like a burden even though we showed up within an hour of closing time. I don't think there's anything bad on the menu.
We went to Casa Fiesta on March 19th. The manager was so unwelcoming but we over-looked it. The waitress was very nice. I ordered one fried taco and she served me 3 tacos. I should have said something, but I was too stunned because they were cold; even the hamburger was cold. I told the manager and he said "tacos are supposed to be cold"! I told him the hamburger was cold, too. He shrugged , waved his arms in the air and walked away. We will not go back there.
Basic American-Mexican food. Fairly plain flavors. Signature is to smother it with cheese. Good service but food wasn't to my taste.
Excellent Mexican restaurant close to casino and Hy 61 hotels on West side of town. Great food, mediocre margaritas. Attentive fast service. Way good rise and beans.
