Service was awfully slow on a Friday night. It took 15 min. to get my beer and another half hour for the appetizer. Dinner finally arrived about an hour after I ordered. Food was ok but I will definitely not be returning.
I didn't think it was possible to have better service, but Kevin did it again. I remember him being my server from a couple months back and he had a great lively personality. I came back in looking for him to see that he is now a bartender. His service is immaculate. He is funny, fun, and just had a great time coming in to have great service. He is a great listener when it came to ordering drinks and food. He is professional and personable. All servers should be like Kevin.
Carrabba’s always manages to have consistently excellent service. Steven was amazing! He was very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Multiple team members brought food and drinks and were all extremely pleasant and accommodating. The food was delicious and served quickly, great quality. A wonderful date night after a crazy work week.
Miranda was awesome and service was quick. I even had to leave real quick and they held the table. Really enjoyed it. If you're in the neighborhood and trying to enjoy a relatively relaxing atmosphere with quality food; give this spot a chance. Surprised it wasn't slammed. Food was excellent. Options for all diets.
Excellent bourbon dinner. Friendly and efficient staff. Delicious food. Great bourbon. Much more than I expected. Will return for a wine dinner.
Very dissapointed with my to go order from here. First she told us the wrong amount over the phone and we went to pay it was 2x more than she said. They didnt put a side of cheese for the pasta as instructed over the phone. Also the pasta was hard and barley had any sauce. She told us 25 minutes and we went in to check after 5 minutes and it was done already then once we got home they sent us a text saying our order was almost ready if we would have waited for that confirmation our food would have probably been cold and stale. Also the portion they give to go seems much less than when dining in basically you wont get your moneys worth placing order to go. I was very sad to have gone out my way to get food here and it didnt meet not even normal standard
Mary was an awesome waitress. Super friendly and informative. She also helped correct for the hostess error whom completely ignored that it was lunch and did not give us lunch menus. Mary got them quickly and corrected the error for her customers.
First wine dinner at Carrabbas. Great service from the moment I walked in. Greeted and seated quickly. Dim lighting nicely decorated themed tables. Wine was paired perfectly with dishes. Large serving and nicely executed dishes. Will definitely attend next wine dinner .
