These were HANDS DOWN the best street tacos I've ever had! The meat was perfectly moist and tender and the tortillas were very delicious. I may live 2½ hours away but I xant wait to come back!
This food truck is legit!!! GREAT prices, it's AUTHENTIC Mexican food and its soooooo good!!! My new Eureka Springs favorite taco place by far!!!!!! (The owners are really sweet as well and their salsas are awesome!!!!!)
Perfect place for vegetarian/vegan options. The tacos are delicious, so flavorful and the portions are great. Authentic mexican flavor, highly recommended.
I've been living in Texas for 18 years and this is the first I've found authentic enchiladas.
The tortillas for the tacos are homemade and the tortas are tasty.
Also they have pambazos.
Prices are very reasonable.
They have mexican coke, which is a plus.

Carmen's has the best tacos you will ever have in your life. Very kind. The enchiladas are out of this world. Great price! If this was a restaurant, it would be jam packed everyday. Very happy to have found this food truck, I stop there once a week every week.
My enchilada was so beautiful! Big pieces of chicken, some cooked carrots and potatoes and there’s wonderful little pickled jalapeños, so much cheese and sour cream. I am glad that I made a sudden stop in this place.
I was surprised to see carrots and potatoes on this dish, but it worked out really well and they were perfectly cooked. Everything was fresh and delicious and the red sauce was really hot. Well, hot to me!
Service was quick, I was given a little buzzer thingy so I could go wait in my car, and the worker was wearing a mask, which I appreciated.
I was so excited to see this food truck, actually, that in the parking lot I ran over one of those parking space divider thingies, ha ha. On the day I was there, it was across the street from the best western. Not sure if that’s it to usual spot since I am not from the area. Check it out!
10/10! I’ve missed getting real authentic tacos since moving from the SOUTH, so this made my heart and stomach very happy. We will be back every time we come through town now! **only one taco in picture because I ate my other 3 too quick.. lol**
Great place to stop for a quick bite after a hard day on the trails. This place opened up just a while ago. We got the quesadilla with Al pastor, and a tostada with carne asada and both were excellent. The meat was flavorful and juicy. The staff was friendly made great recommendations. We will definitely come back when we are in the area
