I ordered food while passing through and they were the sweetest and kindest people I have encountered in a long time in Fast Food Service. The gentleman with the ponytail went above and beyond with a smile on his face. I wish I lived in the area because I would come here just for that service. They even wrote my name on my order since this is in a gas station and kept it under the warmer until I was able to get it. The burger was fresh, the poppers were fresh and all around it was the best Carls Jr I have had in a long time. Thanks again!
Ordered two double cheeseburgers famous star they didn’t even put a second hamburger patty on the burgers . We ordered two western burgers they didn’t even give us those burgers in our bag with our order . We only got two famous star burgers minus the second burger and jalapeño poppers waffle cut fries and a drink and costed us $48. Bucks. So basically got ripped off and they told us everything was in the bag when we got our order . Why can’t fast food places get orders correct?
Typical Carl's jr.
Ordered a 3 pc tenders meal. 2 of my 3 tenders were completely breading and contained no chicken. Brought the box full of broken breading to them.
They fried me up a new batch that actually contained chicken this time.
Lol!
Stopped in at the Love's for some fuel and decided to get a quick bite at Carl's Jr., restaurant was very clean and service was fast.. food was fresh and hot.. the 6 piece jalapeno poppers were freshly made and quite good.. they went great with the ranch dressing and Coke.. they also had some kick.. very good.. I would have got the nine-piece had I known they were so good..
Ordered their new chili, Charles burger where it supposed to be a whole green chili this is what I got and the one slice of lettuce was completely wilted very unhappy. Very disgusted. Didn’t even want to go and get a new one because of how sad this was.
Few fast food restaurants have charbroil chicken sandwiches and these are usually pretty good tonight was lukewarm and just gristle was so tough I ate half of it and threw the rest away. Should have noticed this filet was not good before they cooked it and no excuse for cold food. Staff was lazy this night that's why you get a 1 star review
