Best WLM Reviews
Their strawberry Swirl Cheesecake is delicious. Definitely recommend this place! Tired and hungry we stopped here. The cashier, Armando made eveything so much better for us! He got our order out complete and in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, and attentive!
Stopped in for a bite and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t eat a lot of burgers out because I’m usually disappointed at the burger or service. The cashier… I believe his name is Armando… was quite courteous and polite. Don’t always find that these days
Decided to give this location another chance last week. They were so much better. We came in today and the manager was rude. A person in our party accidentally spilled some soda and she was very rude. I think she should have more training or be demoted for acting salty to customers who was not disrespectful to her.
I just love how generic of a response I got back from this review. I think my review was very obvious on how you can make customer service better.
We were not impressed mostly with one lady. Someone in our group went up and asked what sauces they have. She rudely said "Up there " and pointed at the menu. Just because you don't see a disability doesn't mean someone doesn't have one. And they shouldn't have to tell everyone they do. This person has dyslexia and is embarrassed to let people know. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and just answer their question. I doubt we'll be back anytime soon. Though, the gentleman who took our order was great.
Open at night when everything else..including Taco????Bell is closed. Kind of hard to see/find/get to; from the main road.
Food was mediocre; at best. Food (fries) had been sitting under a warmer for quite awhile before I ordered a customized ???? burger; which was piping ???? hot.
They have Milk Shakes in the middle of the ???? night..whereas Jack in the Box sometimes Mc Donald's also; never has shakes late at night due to the machine going through it's cleaning cycle this not allowing any ice cream for shakes.
???????????? Too expensive for the portion sizes, quality, and overall product..
????♀️????♂️Staff consisted of 2 employees (mind you I visited at 3:30am on a Wednesday.) Not very friendly..but quick to hand me my order and close the ????window!
We have been picking up breakfast, on our way to work, at this Carl's Jr., for the past four years. Sometimes we also stop for lunch or dinner. Every time the food and service has been incredible! Every thing we have ordered has been hot and fresh and our orders are made quickly, but with care.
We passed by to grab a quick bite and had a really great experience with the staff. The food was made fresh and all of them were very welcoming and friendly. Sandra was our cashier and she made us laugh; her hospitality was great! We hope to return soon!
I knew I should’ve gone to McDonald’s. To start off, the lady, taking my order, could barely speak English and had a hard time understanding understand me. I ordered a Cali burger they gave a normal cheese burger. I wouldn’t leave such a sad review, but as A fast food manager myself I considered my experience unacceptable. They had no Line and I was the only person ordering. my order should have been correct. Step it up Carl’s Jr. If I knew this was going to be the service and the food that I received tonight, I would’ve either gotten food else where :(
Horrible food and service! Thought burgers made of beef, not lettuce. Will not return.
