just go to mcdonald’s. this was a disgrace of a burger. burger was almost cold, you can tell because the cheese isn’t even melted. the guy taking our order sounded like he hates his job. absolutely disgusting. the carl’s jr in california is 10x better. zero sauce (which on the california burger they made a big deal). do NOT go here. you’re honestly better off getting a big mac or even a subway sandwich. this is awful.
Carl's should close this location, it drags them into the gutter.
I ordered 3 sandwiches. The famous star, and 2 charbroiled guacamole bacon burgers. None of which had any tomato on them, and they are supposed to. Barely any onions or bacon or guacamole, as you can see in the picture. Super sloppy and nothing like other Carl's Jr's in Salt Lake.
Don't bother going here. You don't get all the items that go in your sandwich, and if you do get them, you'll need a microscope because the portion will be so small.
Absolute trash establishment, and I love Carl's Jr. They are one of the few places that embraces Utah and offers fry sauce.

Editing to post a comparison picture of the same sandwiches but from the 5400 south redwood rd store. One is regular guacamole burger and one is lettuce wrapped. THEY DO IT RIGHT! Multiple onion slices, two slices of tomato, big pieces of bacon, aaaaand look at my lettuce!!! I love a large helping of lettuce and they totally delivered on it. Plus none of that nasty shredded lettuce some places use.

There's no one at the store and you walk in and are ignored by 3 different people. When one person Finally comes up didn't even ask what I wanted to order stood there rolled his eyes at me and acted like it was the end of the world he had to put in a order......there's a reason this place is always empty. Don't waste your time.
I love Carl's sausage, egg, and cheese biskets. They are a great way to start your mornings. The employees are always so pleasant.

We got the loaded breakfast burrito and my honey got the bacon egg and cheese burrito. They were probably the best we've had there honestly delicious! We got the tots/hash browns, warm and crispy. I can't say anything negative except wish they would have asked if we'd like salsa for the BEC burrito and the hash brown pieces. Sometimes you just need a little sauce! ????
My famous star had more bread then meat. All toppings were at butt of hamburger. My husband's 2 double deal burgers looked like they had been stepped on. I get economy sucks currently, but meat patties shouldn't be thinner and smaller than bread.
This was one of the worst services I have ever had. They left a nasty place grease spot on my boys bun and then they didn't tell us about being out of back for our other burgers. They didn't want to help out at all minus swapping out his burger. We paid 4.50 for bacon we could not have but we ask for a small upgrade of my boys sandwich and was told flat out no!!!! Then their attitudes were just rude. Not planning on eating there any time soon.
