Honest and fair. Lets you buy your own parts. I save a lot buying on eBay and Amazon. Chuck the mechanic is a genius and they have team members who expertly focus on suspension. The dealer wanted up to $6,000 to get my car working properly but Chuck recommended a $25.00 part from Amazon. He installed it for $30 and problem was solved. For brakes and rotors stick with O'Reilly. The rotors I bought from another popular auto parts store were warped from the get-go and caused shuddering when I applied the brakes on the highway. The distributor can bring over whatever kind of tires you want just like the big chains. Most services are done while you wait. The regular tire store said my flat could not be repaired but it was taken care of in 15 minutes for $10 at Carlos tire shop. I buy a premium oil and filter at Walmart and they change my oil here for $20. I recently learned that buying ethanol free gas keeps your O2 sensors and catalytic converter working. This can save you a lot of money.

Great customer service and the best prices around by far. Got 2 new tires put on for cheaper than ordering online or from Walmart. I went during the day Saturday and it was pretty busy. done in about a half hour
They came and picked me and my family up super quick from a parking lot(4 in the afternoon on a Friday also) after a new tire on my car randomly decided to blow out a side wall. Had a used tire put on and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Guys were all super friendly, plus they gave me and my family water. Extremely reasonable price also considering the tow! I recommend this place to anyone! If Im ever in need of tires near Ashville I know where I'll be going!
I called they said they had a tire then I get there they don't have one and look at me stupid I would not recommend this place to anyone

These gentlemen always do a great job of taking care of the customer's and very quickly gets you back on the road.
They fixed a slow leak tire for me on the spot in ten minutes and didn't overcharge. They also offer full repair services and I'll surely be headed there when that time arises.
