My long distance boyfriend is finally moving in with me and we stopped here along with his family to get lunch. Around 1:30 pm, we were helped immediately! Everyone loved their food and everything was very fresh and customizable. Super clean, quiet, and family friendly.
Four of us stopped for lunch on a weekday and everyone had a classic from their extensive menu - reuben, chicken fried steak, burger, and chicken croissant. All were fabulous, as well as the potato bacon soup and crisp side salads. We got slices of pie for later. Great crew, good value, and easy to get an RV in their lot!
This is a hidden gem, food was fantastic in taste and presentation. Love small diners like this.
I don’t eat gluten so I had the Mexican skillet, my husband had the fried chicken dinner and it smelled wonderful and crunched with every bite.
Anna was our waitress she was doing it all. Taking orders, handling 6 tables, clearing and cleaning tables, prep cook, and checking people out. Not one customer suffered she was tremendous we were super impressed. Food was huge portions and very good see the pics in attaching. It is a hidden gem and worth the 15 min ride for us. Good home cooked food with great service from a small town mom and pop joint. Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem!! I had the AUCE ribs for 13.95, wife had Reuben, kids had burger, shrimp, and hot beef. Soups were great too. So refreshing to find good food and good service at a small town restaurant.
We decided to stop here for breakfast rather than waiting for the hotel restaurant to open. It was a great decision!! The owners here were awesome, and their breakfast was fantastic! We will remember where they are so we can return again for a meal if we are in that area again.
Glad to try this place, I did my normal thing and scanned Google photos for this place to pick out something that looks good. I saw the fish and shrimp and though fish looks good. So I ordered the fish and chips. 1st out was a really good fresh garden salad and some fresh bread. Then came the fish and chips....a complete fail. Frozen fish squares. Definitely not the fish I saw in the photos. Wouod ingo back, yes and try something besides fish and chips.
Found on a road trip. I would suggest to everyone. Good food. Super fast. Great service.
Stop thru on our way home to Iowa from Kentucky. On our way to KY we had stopped at cracker barrel because we had never been. Y'all are way better. Loved everything sorry we didn't finish our food. It was delicious and filled us up till me got home. Thank you ????
