I ordered a small stew chicken, fried snapper, and plantain. It was good. The snapper is small and the cabbage has no flavor but overall good.
i ordered work wings and this is not what i expected it’s not charred like advertised! and supposedly comes with rice and peas and cabbage kinda disappointed the pattie really had no meat this time compared to when i’ve had it
This was my first time ordering here and will certainly be my last.
And to be perfectly honest; I am still confused about what I ordered vs what I actually received.
The jerk chicken looks NOTHING like the picture on the menu.
The cabbage was soggy and the rice/beans were just basic.
I don’t even want to comment on these plantains.
Lastly, whatever sauce they are drowning, this food in…may I suggest (moderation) is ????
Food was not fresh and definitely not made to order. People go out to eat to try something new and refreshing. To go out to eat and be served leftovers is quite distasteful. Food was bland and dry. We came here on a Sunday at that. Not that should make a difference, because food should be served fresh everyday. This was my first time going here and didn't know what to expect. I know now... But i would like to advise kitchen staff on quality control. Maybe make smaller portions of food in the morning and if you sell out before closing then just so be it. But to make so much food that you can't sell n one day and just recycle day after day is just tacky.
Just ordered the curried tofu though uber eats. It arrived fast and was still hot but I could smell how sour it was before I even opened the bag. It tasted bad too. The first time I ordered from there it wasn't bad but after this I will never order from here again. Hopefully I get a refund because the food went straight into the trash.

Food was awful‼️ Had to trash it. It was tasteless. Cabbage juice ran into everything else. The beef patty was good, but didn't feel comfortable eating it, judging from the rest of it. A waste of $45. The cabbage stinked our house up. Dead or old food‼️????
This is my spot!! Get the large king fish and the BBQ Jerk wings. I was so mad when the location on 12st moved. The bbq jerk wings aren't spicy but they are good. Saucy and the meat falls right off the bone. The king fish is a meaty fish and with the rice and veggies it's definitely a good meal. I'll definitely be back.
