Limited in the service they can provide, but they can do a diagnostic for a $100 fee. They kept my vehicle over the weekend to diagnose on Monday and refer me elsewhere. Kind of wasted my time. Should be able to judge and manage their schedule better to avoid wasting customers time, energy, and money too.
Great communication, great service, honest and fair prices. Diagnosing the problem is really the skill most mechanics lack. Tony is one of the best in the business at figuring out what is wrong and fixing the right thing, rather than just throwing your money at parts until a problem goes away. We've been using Cardinale for a few decades now and couldn't be happier.
John and Tony, Have now been servicing my cars for three years. I cannot have found a better shop with more reliable service, they and the staff are courteous, fair on pricing and do outstanding work. Not one issue with one repair done on any car or truck to date.
They always give you a fair assessment of what your vehicle needs. Never felt pressured to do work that was not a priority at the time. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.
My vehicle broke a tie rod right in front of their shop, right in the middle of the intersection. They came over and towed me out of the intersection right away with no requirement that I get the car fixed there. I decided to let them fix it since the car dealership always rips me off for extra services anyway. They stayed overtime so they could get the part from their parts place and fixed the car lightning quick. I was expecting at least an $800 bill (what it would have been at dealership minimum) they only charged me a couple hundred for the part and labor, which as I said included them staying past their normal closing time. They definitely had me over a barrel and really could have charged me almost anything, but were honest and only fixed what needed to be fixed. They didn't try to say well since we are changing one side we should really change both and all the other crap the dealerships do. That was many years ago and the vehicle has been great ever since. Just needed to look them up now on Google because I have a coolant hose broken somewhere and I am having them come get it to fix it, so I figured I would leave a review while here. I will add another or update this one after this service is done.
