Usually not a bad unit, but today the cole slaw tasted foul, like it was spoiled or stayed out of temp range and put back. Tried to call the store so someone there could try it or check, but no one answered. Not sure what was going on, but didn’t want anyone to get sick. If this is a new recipe…please switch it back. (Not good.)
They have a young crew of hard-working ladies. They have never made bad food one time for us. Always sweet and professional. I love eating here. Food was so fresh at the end of a long day. I would recommend a fish sandwich to anyone

The 5 stars is taking into consideration this is a fast food style restaurant. I'm rating it based on what it is.
This isn't the best seafood around, but it is very good for what it is. I've passed by hundreds of Captain D's over the years and I have never pulled the trigger on actually going.
I stopped in today and got the deluxe seafood platter and it was surprisingly good. Huge portion for $12, fresh and piping hot, friendly service, in and out in roughly 5 minutes.
If you want quick seafood, I'd recommend here. It's solid.
I only gave 1 star because I had too. We got to the restaurant at 9:12pm and the light wasn't on, my husband said it's closed I thought maybe the sign was broke but we get to the drive thru and sure enough it's not lit up either. If you close at 9 why does your website say 10pm? Also called and the phone just rang and rang....
Very upset. Cause the food was fresh. I got the seafood deluxe and a catfish meal. And it did not give good quality. The crab cakes was old. Look like it had been precooked. So I won't be going back to that one.
Pulled into place at 9:00 sign on the door says open until 10:00. They have the doors locked. Go through the drive-thru and order wild caught salmon and they tell me the grill is down. No, what they mean is, they just don't want to cook anymore food and close down early. That is unacceptable! I'll never be back here again
Dashed over here last night, had no problems. Tall cashier at the window was friendly and had a great attitude. I don’t eat seafood like that but if the staff is all cool like that I wouldn’t mind ordering something
