Best WLM Reviews
Fantastic breakfast/lunch option on North Strip! Got the Capastrami and Bobbie sandwiches this morning and were not disappointed. Great service, prep time, ambience, food quality and value! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Husband got the Bobbie medium sized sandwich (real turkey meat, Cranberry sauce and stuffing) and I got the full size BBQ chicken salad without the BBQ sauce with chipotle ranch dressing on the size. Worth every penny, portion sizes were huge and we could’ve have been more happy. Thankful our Uber driver recommended this place!!
This is a good place to order a sandwich, especially if you enjoy cheesesteak. I ordered a wagyu cheesesteak, and the sandwich was delicious.
This is hands down the best location I've been to of Capriotti's! Manager-Jeremiah and Haneef are awesome each and every time. They always greet you when you walk in and their attention to detail is unmatched. If you are staying around the Las Vegas Strip, please visit this location--you won't regret it!
The girl in the front wiped the sandwich cutter off using the edge of the trash can. The lady in the back cooking pulled her to the back and said something to her. Every other time, it's been clean, and the sandwiches were very good. This is why I'm only giving 1 star.
My Philly wad the best I've had in years. The two ladies working were also very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
I'm so over this place. Twice I tried ordering and twice I had to get a refund via door dash for them preparing the order wrong. The first time I order a simple sandwich no mayo and after waiting an hour for delivery what I got had all of their additional options on it. Drenched in oil, vinegar, pepper and even the mayo I checked "no" on. I think they put the wrong sandwich in the bag because we double checked and I didn't accidently check the box for any of those add-ons. I called to politely complain and she apologized and said they'd read the instructions better. Well they didn't because this time the instructions were simple again ,"no mayo" was checked but after waiting again what did I get but a sandwich slopped in mayo of course. Got my money back and I hate to do that but it's really your employee's fault for not paying attention. They're costing you money and future business by not being more careful.
Ate here twice during our week long visit, once as a cold packed lunch as part of a bus tour and once delivered fresh to our hotel. Obviously enjoyed the lunch and decided to order again for dinner one night. Delivery was about 8 minutes faster than advertised which was nice. Both subs made as ordered and delicious. I was mostly shocked by the value. I ordered the half sub, half salad combo for $13. The salad was massive (picture includes my hand for scale). Honestly think I would have paid more for a sub and salad this size at Subway. The lettuce in the salad was so fresh. Really glad we went back!
