Best WLM Reviews
My husband worked here awhile ago and did really good at first. There is a daily fee of $150 for insurance and using the vehicle. Each day you get 12 hours with the vehicle to at least make the minimum. They have an app for you to get receipts for every ride. In one day he made over $700 with only $200 in cash. However, his superior told him that the system showed other wise and he had actually owed them money. He wrote down every ride and the corresponding fares. We both knew how much he shouldn't gotten. Yet they STILL refused to pay him. The fares have a base price of $10 wherever you go. Just use uber or lyft. Would not work here, nor request a ride.
Best company in the taxi business. Will use them for all future rides and recommend to all my friends and family. Easy to work with and efficient.
This company has the best drivers who are professional and quick with showing up and getting you where you need to be. No need to waste with Ubers, they are more efficient!
Called them last night to set up a pick for 630 and then called again at 545 to remind them they did not show at 630 and now I’m late for training don’t waste your time
They not perfessional at all They rude and disrespectful so my advice don't call for a cab. I rather take Uber or lyft
Used to have great customer service before the company decided to outsource dispatchers to a call center in the Philippines. Now they are rude and very poor skills
Ordered a cab on the app and they canceled on me. Called them and they claimed to have attempted to to call me and said wait times would be several hours. Even had a few friends attempt to call me and my phone had no issues.
Muhammad is beyond amazing! Cannot thank him enough for going out of his way to help with a ride!!!! Thank you so, so much! Great service, friendly people and affordable. Can’t recommend anyone else. This is literally the BEST service in Iowa!
