DO NOT PARK HERE! They are lock the doors to the building and shutdown the elevator at random times. They do not stay open until the time posted on Google. They put up a sign to enter garage through 7th street if building is closed......there is no entrance on 7th street. I walk up to the door trying to ask a security guard for additional information and just waved her hand at me and kept talking on her cell. The entrance is on 6th street. If you are handicapped or have difficulty walking, don't park here. If you park on the lower levels and the doors are locked, you have to walk all the way down because they lock down the elevators. Yeah it's close to the national mall but it's a terrible place. Wish I could rate 0 out of 5 stars.
paid for a 6p to 1a slot and after the event was over i made it over there at 11:51am and the doors were locked i was stuck 4.5 hours from home in 30 degree weather alone in the middle of the night with no money to stay in any of the hotels.. the security guard refused to help me they sent me on a wild goose chase of phone numbers with no returned calls, getting hung up on through the speakers to the doors at 1a was traumatic and scary im a young single woman traveling alone DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY and it was FREEZING I DRESSED FOR A CONCERT
I parked at this garage after reading on their website that overnight parking is $27. They also have signs inside the garage that say the same. When I checked out of the Holiday Inn and went to get my car they charged me $48 for multiple days. I only parked from 5pm until 9am the next morning. Apparently their rollover time is midnight!!! Don't park here, it's a complete ripoff! False advertising, shady sign placement, and the manager that called me over a week later after I called customer service to dispute the charge was completely rude. If you're staying at the Holiday Inn just park there and ignore these other reviews of how great this place is... It's not!
Easy access, two blocks from Smithsonian Air and Space museum. $20 to park on the weekends and open 8am-8pm.
Parked here, no issues. Left with 2 kid Stroller. Returned a few hours later to the same door (4pm) and the attendant at the desk refused to open the door, told us to go around to gain access. To the back of the building...that has only stairs. So much for handicapped access, this place only wants your money and once they get it they don't care how you get around.
I wouldn't park here again if I was paid to.

Do not park here unless you plan to leave before 8pm. I mean right at 8pm. A group of about 20 people including myself were stuck calling numbers waiting for over an hour trying to get out cars out. The company that owns the garage didn’t help at all. We ended up calling the building and finally some security showed up and we were able to get in. There’s no signs anywhere saying 8pm strict closing.
I reserved a spot in a parking app. Garage was easy enough to find and get in. However when it was time to get my parking validated and leave there was no attendant to be found. No customer service button, garage phone number did not reach anyone, nothing. I was able to get ahold off the parking app company who told me to pay again and I would receive a reimbursement check in 4-6 weeks.
