Will not be back. The front desk is always so nice but their mechanics need more knowledge on how to fix cars instead of experimenting. They are putting people’s lives in danger!! Went to get my brakes done & instead of them doing them all at one time they only did two brakes at a time. They want to get you to come back and waste more money on unfinished jobs. I went to NTB and was told the back two brakes were not installed correctly. And front brakes needed to be replaced as well. A waste of money! This is the second time something bad has happened. I tried giving them another chance after the first incident, I came to this shop to get a serpentine belt replaced and they put the wrong belt on my car. Which resulted in it breaking down multiple times, wasting so much money on 2 other mobile mechanics to come look and temporarily fixing it then just towing the car to another shop to get it fixed. I’ll never be back. If you chose to work with these guys go early enough to where you can at least do a test drive and be able to go back the same day if anything still needs to be fixed.
Horrible service & their front office is unprofessional. The boy and woman at the front are rude and very dismissive. They lack knowledge of car repair & what certain things consist of. I do not recommend this shop at all! They even said they would remove parts because I was calling around for second opinions and advice before paying for the service. Keep searching around and avoid this place at all cost.
Update: went to a Chevy dealer and the revealed they broke my coil pack. Please do not go here!!!! 01/15/2023
The mechanics at this shop are excellent, however; Claudia in the front office has a horrible attitude and talks to customers in a very rude and condescending manner. I honestly think she has a disdain towards African Americans. I’ve had this experience with her on three separate occasions. Alex always provides top notch service, if it wasn’t for him I would avoid this establishment altogether.
Honest, quick, great pricing. Thank you so much!
I personally think that Capital auto repairs is the best Auto repair service in the Charlotte area! I’m truly impressed with the quality of service and more importantly the quality customer service they have found a life long customer!
I've been dealing with them for about 6 years now NEVER to disappoint I've never had any issues with any work they've EVER done for me the only shop I go to in Charlotte... THE PRICE IS ALWAYS FAIR
They do very good work and are reasonably priced. Just had them replace plugs and wires on my SUV. I have taken my car there several times. Very reasonable labor rates. If you don't want to wait, go early because they get busy quickly.
My go 2 place for 20 years always get it done thanks guys
