Best WLM Reviews
Very impressed with Capital Auto Center. My son is in college and he took his BMW 750iL V12 to Capital for a transmission shifting issue. They took care of the problem at a very reasonable cost... and provided an excellent write up of maintenance items. If you have a student and want them to be well taken care of... not taken advantage of... this is the place to go!
There are genuinely too many good things about Ivan and Capital Auto Center for one review. I’ve been taking my pretty beat up Nissan to them for a year now and regretted it the one time that I didn’t! Ivan always takes the time to explain to me exactly what’s going on with my car and why, has very reasonable prices, and just an outstanding friendliness and professionalism. As a female college student, car repairs are already intimidating enough, but I can safely say Ivan is the only mechanic I’ll be taking my car to as long as I live in Tallahassee. Most recently my car had a coolant leak that they were able to diagnose and repair while doing a secondary job, and finished on the same day I called! Whether you just need an inspection or more complicated repairs, trust that you won’t regret coming here! Ivan and his team are outstanding.
Ivan, and his staff are very awesome and trustworthy. Great customer service always!!! I know with them that my car will be taken care of!! I really appreciate you all!! Capital Auto Center is the best shop in Tallahassee!!!????
Ivan’s been my go-to since moving to Tallahassee. My 2013 MINI has given me some trouble the past couple years down to recently needing a whole transmission replacement. Every issue I’ve had he’s been able to help me with and he is very thorough, reasonable, and transparent with pricing and service. I’ll continue to use his shop as long as I live here. Thanks Ivan!
Brought my Porsche Cayenne there for the first time after an unpleasant experience at another indy shop. Prices are better than the other shop, way better than the dealer, and they got me in immediately. Plus I could tell the owner actually inspected everything and knew what he was talking about. Glad to have found a new place for my German cars.
Honest work, fair prices, this place goes above and beyond for you. I will ONLY take my cars here. I love this place. You can definitely trust them. I super highly recommend you to come here if you want great work super customer service and fair prices that won't hurt your pockets!!!! Thank you so much Capital Auto Center for taking care of my BMW
This is the best car repair shop in Tallahassee to take your foreign vehicle to!!!! Ivan & his team is the best!!!!! Wonderful attitudes, no extremely long waits for repairs, and very reliable prices!! Ivan has proven to me that him & his team is better than the actual BMW dealership and that is proven facts!!!!! I will always take my BMW to Capital Auto Center! I even took my 2015 Kia Optima that I had a couple years back and Ivan was able to send it to Kia dealership and I received a brand new engine I would never forget it!!! I am so amazed with Capital Auto Center BMW!
Ivan is a great person. Extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. Takes time to explain issues in a manner that us non-mechanixs understand. Was able to do work in very timely manner to get ne back on the road. Thank you to Ivan and his team! Definitely recommend to others for all their car needs!
