I came to this salon after another neighborhood salon put the wrong color on my nail after one of my SNS dipped nails broke. This salon fixed my nails and made sure the colors were what I wanted. They took such good care of me during a very frustrating day! They were busy but kept people moving always friendly. Highly recommend!!
The ambiance was relaxing, and the customer service was excellent. The nail technician named Derrick, did a great job on my pink & white full set. If you are looking for an exquisite calming experience then this nail salon is the place, conveniently located in the Publix Shopping Center in Cane Bay (Summerville,SC).
First time coming I was a walk in and sat for almost an hour without getting waited on. Left withour getting my nails done. Second time, I walked right in. My pedicure was great but manicure chiped and cracked in less than 24 hours.
I had a very bad experience the lady that did my nails was good but the man who did my feet and did my daughters nails and feet was very disrespectful everything was a joke to him and was very over priced I will not spend my hard money in here again
Very disappointing, the last couple of times I went at 9am. Nobody shows up to do nails until 10am. Every time I go it’s a different price.
Called ahead to make sure they weren’t busy. I was told to come in at 3 o’clock arrived promptly at 3 o’clock and asked for a French manicure to have my nails removed and a new set with dip. Not acrylic after the guy filed my nails for 20 minutes, I asked him if he was going to soak my nails off. He said he didn’t need to …I know from past experience you can’t do a fill in on the French because you’ll see all the lines where they filed through the clear part of the acrylic on a French manicure and if I were doing a solid color, it wouldn’t of been a big deal. He seemed annoyed by this, put my nails in acetone and then had me sit there for 40 minutes , after 40 minutes I got it and wash my hands off and left because while I was sitting there with my nails melting in acetone for 40 minutes, he proceeded to wait on someone else and had his assistant wait on a walk-in who had just come in and left me sitting there soaking, so no I do not recommend this place not even a little..
Great job on my pink and white nails! They stay busy so I would recommend an appointment, but I've never waited more than 30 minutes when I have had to wait. I like Michelle for my nails and waxing!
Clean, Friendly, Relaxing. A true spa experience that is safe and accommodating. With a full menu of services and treatments that can be requested on a walk in basis. Requesting personal protection through the eating of a face covering in a constantly disinfectant spa areas.
